It means that you are guaranteed that you won’t play another person from your region in the first round.

Sadly this is true. I’m 2nd ranked and I FUCKING SUCK at this game. We’ve done our ranking battle season with this game and never once got more than 8 people =/

Well, my PS2 stick is pretty worn out lol, but yeah I would be willing to hold a mini casual/not so casual thing for that, however, It would kick all kinds off ass if someone has a laptop or PC setup with it emu’d. (everyone could use a USB stick, and THAT would be handy to say the least) My PC is old and sluggish (I can just run SF4 on mine, the PS2 emus chug my PC up.)
So if anyone is willing to bring something of that nature I would be happy to help do whatever needs to be done to get THAT shit going down. Old school FTW! (I havent played CVS2 since GGPO burst onto the net)
