One hit stun is hella funny… I dont think i’ve ever played u marion. Wish someone would have shed some light on the gief sim match up. Much props, u are the better player. To use a non top tier and place first. Nothing but mad respect.

Jones/Jinrai ended up being Jones/Moe.
Also, fuck Dictator’s standing Roundhouse and fuck SF4 in general. 
For someone who doesn’t really play SF4 Moe has an incredibly solid Gief and if he had a little more experience him and Jones would have placed higher. Moe if Viper jumps at you, you should just lariat. You let me get away with murder in that match but I always enjoy a win over Gief with Viper.
The tournament was a blast!!! Congrats to Paul for taking it, dude was a machine on Sunday. I cant wait to see the videos with the recorded commentaries for the matches.
As well, GGs to everyone I played. I am gonna take a break from SF4 until Super comes out. I will probably still come out for wed casuals though. I also offically retire from Blazblue til the new one comes out.
I felt bad when my first round match at the tourney was against the Sask Viper Player (I was worried cause I thought I was fighting the Sask Blanka player). Viper really likes that “Real Soviet Damage”.
I really enjoyed my match against Zack. He counterpicked my Gief with Sagat and took me out first game. Then I swapped to Cammy and rush downed his Sagat to take game 2. Then he went to Ryu and took game 3.

virus - Thanks for setting up CvS2. Haven’t played that game in ages. You’re pretty ballsy for using A-Sagat. I’m still amazed that you can pick up Sim in HDR and kick my ass with a character that you don’t use. :lol: Hope to see you next year!
Moe - Still a beast in all the old games, like usual. Getting OCV’d by your C-Ken was pretty heartbreaking. lol. Your game hasn’t slipped by the looks of things. Always a pleasure. =)

Dug - Nice to see you again. I had tons of fun playing 3S with you. Your execution for Makoto’s dash > Karakusa is excellent. Way better than mine. Same goes for your execution with Urien. I consider my Boxer to be pretty decent in HDR but I just couldn’t beat your Ryu. Had to switch chars. You have solid fundamentals. Hope to see you at Animethon this year for more 3S action!
Tim - Nice to meet you. GGs in CvS2. Your low tier team is really good. IIRC it was A-Nakoruru, Akuma, and someone else that I forget. In any case, your Nak is a bitch to deal with. Keep repping that low tier. =)
Navid - Glad to finally meet you. I had a really hard time with the Boxer vs. Claw matchup in HDR. Very close game. If we played ST, I’m pretty sure I would get destroyed with Claw’s wall dive shenanigans, haha. Your A-Bison is solid. IIRC, I was up three characters to one. My A-Sak dominated most of the match but then your A-Bison came back and kicked the shit outta me. The Ken mirrors we had in 3S were close ones.
Claw is a pain in the ass, no matter what game it is.
Ken mirrors in 3S are always the most fun to play.
Zak - Your Zero/Tekk-Blade team is so goddamn cheap! Imma lean TvC just to beat you.
AudioCG - Great games in HDR. So many down to the wire finishes. Boxer vs. anyone is fun to play, except Honda. Fuck Honda. :lol: I don’t know how to play that matchup. Rog vs. Sim… too much fun. Hope to play again soon.
Rob - I know 3S isn’t your main game, but you have potential. Keep practicing! :tup:

Okay I’m finally back from Edmonton… LONG ASS DRIVE… 2 TICKETS!!! that’s 400 bucks gone… We almost got stranded cuz we didn’t gas up from somewhere in B.C. to Hinton…
