As for the hotels currently listed, if you want a closer place to stay at to the hall, there’s a casino hotel near by.
I don’t know if it’s the cheapest but it’s the closest by being roughly 1 minute away from the hall.

there is a pretty cheap hotel row kinda thing on 111th ave and about 156 street there are a few there which are really cheap and decent.

I haven’t played tekken 6 since I finished recording my combo video. I was so tired of tekken after that!!! But i promise to practice this week a bit, just soo busy with mid terms at school! I am probably better than I have ever been at cvs2 though, so I look forward to some great matches. Does anyone want to be on my team in tekken 6? I played the game once or twice 
on another note i will also be taking money matches in sf4, and marvel (i’ll use lowtier)

Hey shiro, I’m wondering if us Calgary guys can have our own corner where we would bring up our own setups (2-3) for casuals and money matches for us Calgary vs (Edmonton, Sask, and Van). With so many people all up there at once and with all the tournaments going on, we don’t want to wait around for a station to be open and this will give us an opportunity to get more matches in.

I can guarantee I’m going to need to borrow a stick to play. I don’t know if I can fit mine in with the rest of my luggage; plus it’s on the fritz right now. I will bring my own PS3 pad for T6, though, provided it’s being played on that system.

I am bringing an extra TE 360 stick for the tourney, people are free to use that one. If the need becomes desperate I can let you guys use my custom, but I have a feeling Steve will be frothing at the mouth fer that one, lol.
And I can bring a T5 Hori for PS2 jazz too, you guys can mess around on that stick too. (actually, when we are setting up on Friday I’ll see if I can arrange some space right next to my setup, that way everyone who is sharing the sticks wont have to wander all over the place. Well see how everything looks once its set up.)
