Yeah as mentioned it’s not safe against those, even non invincible stuff like Vega’s scarletts will beat it clean because regular air fireballs have quite a bit of startup frames (14f IIRC).

I’m not 100% sure, but in theory the setup could possibly punish shoto cr.mk attempts on wakeup, gotta test it to verify, some people like doing that sometimes on wakeup too to make x-up tatsu whiff, DF dive kicks beat those as well.

Yep, that is largely its purpose - turning anticipated empty jump throw techs into a catastrophic fuck up. With any other character, the jump appears empty, so a throw tech makes sense, though with Akuma throwing the late lp air ball delays his landing and it instead blows up their throw tech and opens them up to a follow-up combo.

The same is feasible with Ryu by empty jumping in and performing a DP > FADC > Ultra, though these are often telegraphed as many people look for the two stocks and perform a delayed tech.

Frankly, I’m surprised at the mileage Infiltration gets from this. Another dirty trick that still ‘works’ from time to time is scoring a knockdown and throwing feigned air balls that intentionally miss by passing just behind the opponent’s head on wakeup. Opponents attempt to ‘block’ the air ball and before they realise its missing, you land and grab the silly bastards. This works best in the corner and allows the usual bullshit afterwards.

Wowwwww. That looks like the standard safejump timing for Cammy. Unblockable after close sweep? This is huge, since the only way to get out is EX knuckle or focus attack backdash and both can be punished with sweep. If this is legit, You can potentially do an infinite loop on her…

How consistently can you get this? And have you tried all of Cammy’s escape options? What about her Ultra 2?

Sweep setups are always manual, so it depends on muscle memory, but it looked like a proper safejump timing, especially with her ‘slow’ reversal and delayed wakeup.
U2 will fuck this setup up, but no proper Cammy will pick U2 in this matchup anyway imo. That would limit her neutral game options considerably. Still, I’d should be tested further indeed. If legit, this is HUGE! Matchup deciding HUGE!

I just made a special Unblockable setup tester script. For anyone wanting to train unblockable and of course it helps to find more of them too.
It’s a lot more easier than the record method.

To summarize, the dummy is set to be controlled by keyboard1 just as if you where playing with a friend. And the dummy will react to your sweep, wait a bit and block left or right on wakeup. You can choose the block direction during the training.
This first Unblockable script trainer I made only works for sweep setups. I’ll make f.throw or DF throw ones later.

The spacing of cLP > LK tatsu > sweep looks different

You should be able to get the unblockable after a cr lp>st mk>tatsu>sweep because the st mk causes Akuma to move much closer to the opponent.

On Cammy, in corner, f.throw, whiff sweep, j.HK is a fake cross up, need to be blocked non cross up.

On Rufus: sweep, whiff s.jab sets up a meaty jump in that setups the right spacing for cr.mp x3, cr.rh.

So I read the 40 page akuma guide and I saw a setup that was fwrd. throw dash x 2 lp zanku that supposedly beats all dp’s other than ryu’s ex dp. What is the timing on the zanku?<div><br></div>
