i know that last hit from light RJ can combo into another RJ in the cornor,so far i know it works on a couple of characters,or does it work on everyone?
Not too sure on that one sorry but I do think it works on most if not all of the cast.

Can someone tell me a couple of jaguar kick pressure scenarios? Why don’t people poke all day after jaguar kicks when the only thing you can do is a dp to stop it? What are the best versions to pressure people and the ones I should be doing after normals?
Most of the time, you wont be plus after a jaguar kick, if you are plus youre kind of out of range to poke and adon best poke (Far Roundhouse) is 9 frames, cr,MP is 5 frame but doesnt have much range.
Best version to pressure with is MK jaguar kick, since it goes over fireballs and has more active frames then the LK one.
and you should do the MK jaguar as well after a normal.

So i have been playing Adon for about a week now and really like him. I just have a couple questions for the more experienced Adon players out here. what Jaguar kicks have i seen people use to get over fireballs at a distance besides using the ex to go though them? I’m thinking it’s the IAJK I’m seeing them use. The other thing i was wondering is when to use the nuteral jump kicks?
Forward (MK) Jaguar Kick is best for going over fireballs.
Forward IAJK works too.
Neutral jumping roundhouse (HK) is good for instant overheads (to end a round or stun) not safe on block or hit, air to air, and for safe jumps in the corner.
Neutral jumping forward is good for instant overheads (fuzzy guard set up) safe on block and hit since you can cancel to air jaguar kick, combos on some characters, others you might have to use ex jaguar kick and some you cant combo at all after an instant overhead.

Hi guys, unfortunately it seems like that the Adon forum is pretty much “dead” BUT I tested some stuff and just want to share it.
There are a couple of chars in the cast where Adon can combo far st.hp > cr.mp > light RJ + light RJ (only corner) … this includes a 1 frame link from st.hp > cr.mp and will work in three scenarios:
IAJK (hitting deep enough) Replace cs.mp with IAJK HK (it is nearly the same damage and you will be also at +9/10 on hit)
**cs.mp (counter hit) **
**cs.mp (hitting with the last 2 active frames) **
This for sure includes a 1 frame link (2 with plinking) and leads to 310-385 damage and +600 stun …
I dont have seen this in any match so far … BUT it works … I tested it on Blanka and Bison … and I am pretty sure it will work on more.
Maybe here are some Adon players that can play around with this a bit … !?
I’m thinking of picking up Adon because I believe he suits my play style. I’ve been playing Dudley since Super and like characters who can rush down effectively with frame traps and mobility and who can apply great corner pressure. I also like the fact that he blows up Ryu. I’m not really sure what kind of character I would label Adon as, but I believe he would be a rushdown/frametrap type of character.
I imagine I would play him by doing jaguar kicks/instant air jaguars to maintain pressure ala Fei Long style. Is that correct or am I going about the character wrong?
The better question is … will it make sense for you to learn a new character until USF4 comes !? Because it is highly possible that Adon will see some changes and it is also possible that the “unblockable fix” will change his rush-down game a lot … if you have the time and passion to learn Adon … go for it … he is a fundamental character and can be played footsie heavy and rush-down …
BUT … if you have problems with IAJK than you should really go to p-mode and look if this is something that you can get into your muscle memory … because without that tool Adon is becoming less effective …
In my opinion he is just the perfect fighter in SSFAE … and I just hope that Capcom will only nerf his JK damage and will put the damage in another area … or simple give him 1000 life …
Can someone tell me why my IAJKs aren’t coming out? I’m doing D DB B U + K and sometimes it comes out, sometimes it doesn’t, it can come out consistently and without fail and 2 minutes later it won’t do the JK with the same exact inputs.
Try ending it with up forward, but you may be pressing kick too fast
It’s not a naturally easy move to pick up/execute consistently - at least that’s been my experience. Even Gamerbee can be seen to mess up this move every now and then.
What’s worked for me is doing: UF, F, DF, D, DB, B - in effect almost a 270°. You could end it in UB too. What’s key is getting a nice fluid motion and getting the right speed. Don’t do it too fast, and not too slow. It will take time to get the motion and the timing right.
The tricky part about IAJK is the delay that you need to press the button … this comes from the height restriction of the IAJK. Try the following --> do a fast quartel circel back motion > neutral > up > short short short delay before you hit the button OR use Erawans method … everything works BUT the important part is the DELAY before you hit the button … it is more a feeling in your muscles/fingers than an actuall motion.
Try using the quarter circel motion > upwards to start it gives you more consitency … when you have the feeling go to other motions. Problem with my/first method is that you can see the crouching part … that is the reason why you see a lot of Adon players crouching > standing > crouching > standing ! The second method is harder to react to but is also a bit unreliable … cause you sometimes get a regular jumping HK (due to the timing --> your pressed to early).
I prefer in footsie games the upwards > 270 motion … because when you drop it you only get the neutral jump HK and not a forward jump.
