i voted for AC just basically because it’s the newest installment…2-3 months is plenty of time to practice…slash was a good game but AC is the new…and frankly…slash is getting kinda boring

I would like for my vote for Accent Core to count as two, because of Evo World is Guilty Gear Slash, my teammates will not attend Evo World leaving me without a team for Guilty Gear.

I ended up playing AC this weekend for a few days, got tons of practice in. I can now say I have experience with the game… and I never want to touch slash again. This game is absolutely amazing to me.
I doubted the game once too… But 5 minutes with it and I came to my senses. It really is the best GG iteration since XX. Hell, I thought #R was great, so I guess Slash is the only one that’s bullshit - and I didn’t even realize it until I experienced AC.
To all you doubters - BELIEVE.

on a side note…evo world is like in august…so why do i wanna train for slash jus to play it once more then retire the game when AC is out…i dont wanna be hopping to play AC in local tournies then slash just for evo purposes

Its like people want to cancel guilty gear and have a who can bash slash the hardest contest instead.
outta all the tournies at evo east…GG was the less hype and stuff…only time they got hype was when steve harrison was crushing fools…evo smash was more entertaining to some people…
Who’d have possibly thought that introducing the bottom rung of fighting games to Evo could possibly result in the dilluding of the popularity of the good games?
CvS2 Grand Finals > Smash > VF5 > ST > everything else. Guilty Gear was shit at East. Steve Harrison was the only guy worth watching because he was the Batman of the whole fucking thing.

It’s true, everyone hates Potemkin because he’s often the only matchup you have to change your playstyle around when you’re bad at the game, and hes the easiest character to play!
Hah! Potemkin isn’t the only reason i think accent core is dumb. several reasons and I really like the guilty gear series. Seriously.
But anyway… now that the game is out how about people who just said, “ac ac ac cause its new” tell me what they want to play after trying it out.
i played ac for like 30 minutes yesterday and yeah it’s better then slash by like tons. And Xenotiger kept beating me down I dont understand eddie yet but it’s still not as boring as slash

also you played slash for about 5 minutes and automatically said the game was stupid(eddie is ok)
