Any shop out there on the internet make plexiglass tops for the Dreamcast Green Goblin anymore? Tek-Innovations is long gone, but I guess thereā€™s no demand for this stick as time has gone on. The top plate on my Green Goblin has rusted a bit, and Iā€™m afraid if I look at it funny the thing will turn into dust.

Iā€™m trying to leech what I can from web.archive, but it doesnā€™t look like they got much from Tek-Innovations past the front of the Agetec section.

Greetings,

Can anyone point me towards a video or thread for installing a Brooks UFB and Mc Cthulhu inside of the same case? I bought these for a project years ago that Iā€™m just getting around to. I know Brookā€™s has a retro board out now that would be simple to drop in but I want to undertake the project now that I have time. I do not have an IMP and donā€™t know of any place that has them in stock. I found a thread but all of the pictures are dead links now.

My goal is to have both boards powered on at the same time and sharing a common output (RJ45). If anyone is running this set-up and could take a picture of how their wired it or walk me through the process Iā€™d be grateful. I canā€™t find much on google as since the brookā€™s retro board is out most results point me to pages about that. I found a thread detailing this on the forums years ago but I canā€™t seem to find it now. I found a similar thread but as I said most of the images point to dead links so it isnā€™t very helpful.

Anyone have a good site to buy madcatz TE metal replacement panels? Iā€™m looking to get one with a Korean size joystick hole (35mm).

Focus attack mentioned something to this on their Instagram. Perhaps they are gauging interest, so the best bet is to email them and ask.

I actually emailed them directly after I posted this. They had a canned ā€œif itā€™s not in our store, we donā€™t provide it yet.ā€ I just posted on their IG to increase interest. Thanks!

those of you who use El Gato capture systems,

How do you capture systems that have the option for component input?

Hi everyone,

I made a thread about this the other day before seeing this one, so apologies for the repetition, but I was wondering if anyone knows if itā€™s possible to buy the silver side panels for the Qanba Obsidian anywhere. I bought one recently and it turned up with a small chip to the left (stick side) panel which Iā€™m keen to sort out, because it was originally in mint condition. I know some people remove these panels when they mod theirs, but I havenā€™t seen any on auction sites, etc.

Thanks!

personally, Iā€™d try firing off a social media message to Qanba about it. Otherwise youā€™ll probably be looking at scouring eBay for broken Obsidians.

Thanks for your reply! I emailed them through the website but didnā€™t think to try FB/Twitter, etc. Hopefully Iā€™ll get a message about it soon.

Random question but I am looking to make my own USB B cables for my sticks and I canā€™t for the life of me find any DIY sets of these with the shell part. All I can stumbling on are USB mini B. Any recommendations on where to find these?

I just donā€™t have a part number for you

Sorry for another question about the Obsidian, but whatā€™s the best way to mount an LS-62 to this? I tried removing the SE-P-40 mounting plate to make it flush with the top panel, but it isnā€™t wide enough to match up with the screw holes, and with the mounting plate attached the shaft (though shorter than most anyway) is half buried. An SS plate wouldnā€™t fit, eitherā€¦

Thanks!

With many seimitsu plates you got to rotate the plate 90 degrees and use the one center hole on each side. Which also means only using 2 screws to hold it into place.

You can also try a universal mount plate.

Ah, nice one, thanks for that! Iā€™ll look into the universal mounts. I have a feeling the buttons might be too close to the stick for rotation to work, but Iā€™ll definitely open it up again and try.

Is it possible to install a brook universal into a hori rap 4?

Yes, it is
