Anyone know if theres a Sanwa microswitch that I can seat into a PS-14-GN? I love how just a bit brighter the Green PS-14-GN are compared to the Sanwa counter parts, but I feel more comfortable with Sanwa switches…

Sanwa RS-SG.

Will fit into the Body.
But do know that the Microswitch Actuator will not mate with the Plunger.

Dessicant packs! Whoa, that might be a very good idea indeed. I’ll pack this thing with 'em.

How about a clear-coat solution, some sort of metal sealant? I want to keep the original markings as-is…

What kind of a balltop and joystick does the TE stick use?

35mm Ball Top.
Sanwa JLF.

Uhm, i have a question and i know it may sound kind of dumb but: I live in Holland (Europe). If i import a stick from america, would it just work naturally, or is the difference in voltage (230V here, and 120V in the US) a problem? I know I can buy a stick from europe, but i have my reasons

It does not matter where you get from.

Allright thanks a lot :D:D

Ok, so I’m new to this arcade stick thing, but I have the white one, with the 8 buttons, the SFIV one, with all the 8 world warriors. I tried playing Aniversary Collection, and it wouldn’t respond(I have a PS3 60 gig, BC), I’m sure this has been answered a million times, but um…what should I do?

So you mean, a PS3 SE? Sadly, the PCB that madcatz provides is not backwards compatible. What you COULD do is replace your current PCB with a PS3 only Cthulhu, it is solderless, and backwards compatible. It is an option. You gain PC functionality doing this, too. You would have to cut and strip open the existing wire harnesses, then screw them onto the Cthulhu.

Are there any good pictures of the new 360 TE pcb (I think the one that comes in the TE-S’s)? Front and back is nice, both the main and LED daughterboard is better, but mostly I’m just curious how they did the changes to the lock switch. I’d just rather not buy TE #3 to sate my curiosity.

Alright, so as it stands, I have a HRAP2SA Top Panel, a T5 Body, and a HRAP2SA, my LS-32-01 and my buttons. Top Panel I’ve got covered. I have two and a half questions, though.

Does anyone know what sized screws I’m looking at for the bottom panel? If someone has it handy, it’d be nice instead of taking both to ACE and risking stripping the threading.

Secondly, from just sizing my LS-32, it only fits one way (mounting screws left and right), and not up to down, this is with the Default 32-01 mounting bracket. Do I need the RE mounting plate? The reason I ask this, is because the two holes it lines up with don’t appear to have a thread for a screw to go through. Will I need a shaft extender to make it the right length? Also, what screws do I need to mount a joystick? I have no hardware to go off of lol

sorry if this was answered elsewhere - my bros just got me a madcatz se for my 21st and i was wondering if anyone had got it to work on pc

Do you have the PlayStation 3 one or the Xbox 360?

sorry, ps3

Yes, it depends on your Motherboard to have the PlayStation 3 one work, and require workaround.

You wouldn’t have made a Post if it was the Xbox 360 one.
Laugh.

Ok, so i just made the artwork i wanna put on my Madcatz MvC TE stick. What should i do in terms of printing? Do i need a special type of paper? Should i copy it to a drive and take it somewhere to print or what? This is my first time doing this so i have no clue what to do.

when they get back up.

How would I go about covering/removing the Turbo section of the TE? When I apply my new artwork/plexi, I only want the 6 buttons and the stick visible (obviously I know how to cover the 2 unused buttons). Thanks, fellas.

When you take off the top panel, simply remove the two screws holding the turbo panel down.

You’ll need to either install a new button for Home/Guide though. Or wire Home/Guide to the Select/Back button.
