Quick question.
How in the fudge did you guys remove your artwork from a TE-S? Mine just won’t budge, at all.
Weird. I never had a problem removing. You must have a lot of glue. You can try scraping under with something? The whole faux acrylic thing is just one solid piece. Maybe give it some goo gone or something to help get some of the glue a little easier off?
I’m not sure we have that over here =( I’ll look for an equivelent though.
Thank you very much. :china: I think I’ll go with the inpin.
Aww. Sad day.
Does anyone know if the wired Turtle Beach X11 headset works with the TE Stick?
Thank you so much!!! This will be very helpful. So ummm, who is Chad? haha.
Chad is the owner of LizardLick.
Oh ok haha thank you!
Just realized I completely skipped over this post. But I see it now. Heh.
Yes, that will work, but what most people prefer to use is the xbox 360 fightpad + imp in their PS3 sticks. However, the PS360 does have a nice installation guide that jamesepoop made? http://shoryuken.com/f177/**-akihabarashop-jp-now-open-**-108982/index373.html#post10079355
If anything I think I’m just having a lot of problems grabbing the panel, any tools I can use that won’t scratch hell out of the case but get under it enough for me to peel the artwork?
A spudger.
Won’t that scratch hell out of the case? Or do you mean a plastic one? I have a metal one in my house but thought metal + plastic = NOOOO!
the plastic is pretty tough but its just double sided tape holding the artwork on. dont be afraid to pry it up with a flathead screwdriver it will eventually release. once its up you can just rub the double sided tape off with your fingers or use some type of cleaning solovent (or lighter fluid) to take the adhiesive off your plastic case.
anybody know a site where you can buy the sanwa pushbutton microswitches by themselves?
akihabarashop.jp sells them in both flavors, RS-SG, and SW-68 (RS-SG are only for Sanwa buttons ending in RG), AkihabaraShop.jp
Just select the microswitch you want from the drop-down menu below the description of the button you want the microswitch for.
Ponyboy in Trading outlet also sells, but he only sells SW-68, however, they are the most commonly used, anyways, and are probably the ones you are looking for?http://shoryuken.com/f226/rollie-24mm-30mm-snap-pushbutton-translucent-pearls-116457/
So my xbox decides to delete allmy saved sf data so that was pretty fun, went through arcade mode to unlock va options, got to seth, got beasted by his cpu cheats and then my stick broke. yay.
so yeah basicly the buttons work but the stick doesnt do a thing. i’ve never opened it up before so this is all new to me (btw its your stock madcatz te stick the first edition) So where should i start? i guess i’ll need a new stick part for it, anyone know any uk sites selling spare parts?
EDIT found one saved away from a while ago. so what stick would i be looking for to replace the te if that is the problem? i’d just want a straight replacement i imagine
Haunted, maybe the harness fell out or is just loose. It’s pretty easy to open a TE.

Also try it on a PC, if it still registers.
Make sure your switch is set to DP.
Is there any way, ANY WAY to get a screw-in to fit on an SE? The lowest left button obviously?
