Question. Does anyone know where I can order authentic Omron V-15-3A5 microswitches?
If they’re not available, what is the closest equivalent, and where can I order them?
Many thanks!!

Could ask this on the GGPO forum, but i think it’ll be better off here
When i use my 360 TE stick on ggpo, which works perfectly fine on my xbox, the inputs get sloppy and sometimes directions and button inputs stick. If im holding down back then go double tap forward to dash, it usually doesnt come out right and i’ll start walking backwards or something weird. So is there another setting i’m forgetting to configure or something? This is really not good for me
I’m using clear Semitsu screw buttons for my round 2 TE that have the art inserted. I’m having a problem keeping them “screwed on straight” for lack of a better term. Meaning they keep turning around and making the art look wrong. When I put them on I took a screwdriver and tightened them as tight as humanly possible, then I purposefully tried to mess them up and couldn’t. Then I play like ten matches, look down and they are F**ked up. Does anyone have any tricks/tips to keeping them lined up correctly? Thanks in advance.
d3v will come in and say to use a washer made of paper.
Put the paper washer on then screw on the Nut.
Thanks, what’s the best place to find a handful? I’ve looked online but every site only allows you to buy in bulk. Could I find them at a hobby shop type place or would I have better luck at a hardware store?
line up the artwork and screw down the push buttons nice and snug… then apply a dot of hot glue to the washer and thread. it wont move.
I meant that you just make your own paper washer.
That is what d3v says.
Or do glue like BlindWithOneArm said.
Ok, so now i have a TE with an octogate and extra tension (thx to the home depot spring assortment box. woot).
Next up, customization- I have an MvC stick. I want plexi. Am i correct that the Mad Catz full cover would be an alright option (no colored rim… bezel? Don’t want it)
Mad Catz TE Full Cover
That thang? Is there a better option than lizardlick for these things? (that’s my base goto at this point, i know very little)
And, separately, i’m wanting to update my Agetec Dreamcast stick. Sanwa the thing. I need a dremel. I know nothing about dremels. I’m seeing them range from $20 to $100+. I’m sure i don’t need anything uber fancy, but will a $20 dremel be enough for me to do what i need to on a DC stick, or on other sticks in the future?
You crazy kids are great. Thanks for the help.
Lizard Lick gets the Custom Acrylic from arthong.
arthong is the source.
http://www.tek-innovations.com/arthobbies/
Go there if you want Acrylic and Art Print.
And there is actually two type of Custom Acrylic Panel that gets rid of Bezel.
The Extended gets rid, and the Full also gets rid.
Full is the size you see on TE S (except Chun-Li TE S, which is Regular).
Extended is bigger than Regular, but smaller than Full.
You can purchase the plexi here also Welcome to Art’s Hobbies
The Full cover is what you want if you dont want to use the Bezel. Extended also works but i would look at the examples on the site before you choose.
As far as buying a dremel as long as you have a metal grinding bit your good to go. as far as how long a $20 dremel would last I wouldnt rely on it for too many things lol. I have a 200 series that has lasted quite a while and i think it cost $60?
Good luck on your modding!
Same time post jinx!!!
Jinx!
Whats the best PCB for Dreamcast? I remember it being a Mad Catz controller but does anyone know which one exactly?
Mad Catz Dream Pad.
Agetec Dreamcast Arcade Stick.
Forgot this:
HI! rexyaresexy.
How is the game up there?
Going to SoCal Regionals in November?
Or will you be represent in NorCal Regionals?
Hello.
I’m fairly new to street fighter game, but I feel that it would be a lot nicer to play with a stick(to the xbox) instead of my now current control. Does anyone have tips on what to stick I should buy, without having to mod it. Remember that I am completely new to gaming sticks, so what kind of(manufacturer) buttons and stick is not essential My budget is $ / ? 80-90 border.
Feel free to link stores in Europe.
you really cant go wrong with a Madcatz Tournament Edition. I dont know how much those go for around europe tho
Yea it looks great but the problem is that it costs approximately ?/$140 in Sweden, about the same as it had cost to ship from the U.S., as well as much to buy from amazon.co.uk.
I’ve also looked a bit on the SE version, which hardly exist in Sweden, but is on amazon for 66 pounds, but has no idea how much postage goes on from there.
does Hori have a strong presence in Europe? Their sticks are solid also…
Ok so nooby question. I was looking for clear seimitsu buttons and couldn’t find them on lizardlick but many claim to have bought them there? So I came across these and was wondering if these were clear except for the violet tint… it would go better with a purple ball top anyway. Thanks. Seimitsu buttons lizardlick
and is there anywhere else that sells plain clear seimitsu’s that are cheaper than 5$ a pop?
Lizard Lick carries clear Seimitsu Buttons; PS-14-K and PS-14-KN.
You see them, everybody sees them.
Clear is not a color.
Clear means transparent.
Transparent means light can pass through.
The Seimitsu Buttons are not full transparent.
So that means they are translucent.
But we’ll just call them clear.
So what are you looking for?
Clear colored Buttons or clear colorless Buttons?
