As for the FFXI servers, I might go to Bahamut since he’s my favorite summon in the game. Odin is just a close second cause he’s an instant kill, problem with that bastard is that you can’t even use him againts a boss (unless it’s the FFVII version of himself where he throws the lance up in the sky and then lands on the boss). Is anybody going to the arcade tonight? I’m kind of hoping that everyone’s going to go to Rob’s tonight…I might stop by the Atlantis for a little while, but since they’re not accepting red coins at the Atlantis anymore, (I verified this for myself) I’m fresh out of tokens…I don’t think I’d stick around for a tourney this week, though…
Too be totally honest, I’m really not into GGXX anymore…I’m only playing it because there’s still a high demand for comp in town…honestly, I’d like to see everyone get in CvS2…that’s where it’s at…I figure we have about 2 years max to be the best at CvS2 before all the people that have been playing SF games since they first came out retire and leave a huge void for oppertunistic people like me to jump in…
Yeah, I try to do that last friday night. I try not to press the buttons so many times. I dunno, it felt weird, but I feel sometimes you’ve gotta button mash to get that extra split second move off before your opponent does. I notice a quite of few times, if I would’ve press buttons continually, I would’ve had an offensive advantage. Though I was able to finally pull off Taki going into possession combos a little bit more consistantly. Oh well, that only counts at SC2 though. CvS2 is a different story. At least I didn’t totally get killed by JP like he usually do. I try not to button mash, and I ended up getting to his last 3rd guy. I know he was taking it easy on me, he kept jumping at me and I kept doing shoryuken. I guess he’s teaching me to do anti air moves? Nice Michael Vick jersey! Too bad he got injured, do you know when he’s gonna come back?
2 more weeks after this Sunday. Or maybe 3 more, depending. He’s a great QB IMO, but needs to realize, you can run, but you can’t rely on just running. And having a good core recieving team, dude, he has to throw. But oh well. Anyway, reason why I kept jumping was cause , 1.) the right side is broken, and half of the time, my timed jump-ins become just a straight up jump, so pretty much I am open. I’m not really good in JD’s (just defending), so yea, you will hit me with DP’s and 2.), No, I’m not trying to be easy on you, just being impatient and persistent is all.
