good vids man but the last round at the guile video i felt your pain cause i saw you do cr.fierce and your expecting ultra & you get…RANDOM FS TWICE i honestly hate that shortcut that they put in this game
lol nah i dont usually get those random FS, i wasnt concentrating… i was out for more than 12 hours and was pretty damn tired but i still need my sf4 fix. I usually nail the cr.hp ultra and I dont blame anything but my own execution/focus for messing that up :nono:

i made it a point to always fa after blocking ken’s ultra or jumping over ryu’s ultra. the way they hunch over after they whiff makes cr fp miss the second hit. same might go for sagat’s ultra but i can’t recall.

[]0:13 you start the match off with a backdash. Why? Abel sucks at long range. If he jumps in on you at the beginning you have to block then.
[]0:16 you punish FP Shoryu with FP TT. This is good online or vs EX Shoryu (because it recovers so damn fast), but note that cr.fp xx Falling Sky is a better punisher.
[]0:23 That crossup roll was pretty good, and you punished well with the sweep. Cancel your sweeps into Wheel Kick or Roll, though. Every time.
[]0:26 You get hit by reversal Shoryu. It happens.
[]0:28 You block the EX Hado on wakeup. You could have tried to ultra here, but blocking’s a lot safer, so good job.
[]0:29 You jump in with j.mk (good) and you try to follow up with cr.mk (bad). Should either have done cr.lp/cr.mp. Only do cr.mk when you have to from range. Also, by now you should have realized that he spams reversal during your combos.
[]0:31 You miss a quick stand.
[]0:33 You backdash on wakeup (good).
[]0:34 You try to sweep Ken from far away (bad). It was too far away to hit.
[]0:35 You hit him with a cr.lk after his j.mk -> cr.mk combo. This shows you were mashing during his combo. This is bad because it usually gives the opponent free hits, and Abel doesn’t have a reversal you can mash. Just block when you’re being combo’d, or mash EX TT.
[]0:39 you backdash from his jump-in. This is a bad idea because he’ll just hit you anyway. J.fp would have beat his jump-in.
[]0:41 You sweep him again. Don’t sweep so much.
[]0:44 You get hit by reversal ultra. You should have realized this guy was a reversal spammer by now.
[]0:51 You block his jump-in but get hit by twds-mk. Shoulda kept blocking here or reversal EX TT’d, bro.
[]1:03 You backdash on the beginning of the roudn again. Punish Tatsus with cr.mp, it’s very easy and you’ll never lose.

[]1:22 He reversal shoryus but you were already rolling. Good enough. If you had ultra here, note that you could have ultra’d him.
[]1:23 You punish with j.mk -> cr.fp, but you didn’t get the second hit from that range. At that distance, if you’re not sure if the second part of cr.fp will hit, just do cr.fp xx fp CoD. Then you jump in and get anti-air’d. What were you doing here? You empty jumped and then got hit. I woulda jumped in with j.mk here.
