he cant meaty j.hk/hp on your wake up anymore, neutral jumps, or any jumps. and if somehow he jumps over you when you activate it, you can cancel and punish him well, have to be quick though…

The s.roundhouse doesn’t really catch neutral jumps/jump backwards. The c.jab is already meaty, so they can’t jump unless you stop or pause your block string. It is a nice OS for crouch techs and backdashes though. Do you know if there are characters that are an exception to this OS? Chun’s, Rose’s, and Makoto’s backdash come to mind…
That safe jump against Ryu (and other shotos) also works with nj.roundhouse. I think it works the same way. Ken’s kara fierce dp beats it.

I think pikagoma should have used ultra 1. He had chances to land ultra 2 but was probably too worried about daigo baiting it with empty jumps or dash cancel fireballs.

1st vid: lol at the vega doing random ultra while having a life lead. I think its better if you punished a blocked slide(not max range) with a cr.hp, in the vid you kept punishing with a normal throw.
