Btw… Rollcancling AUTOMATICALLY makes you a better player than what you already are… knowing how to rollcancel can often be the determining factor in a CvS2 game… The japanese beat the americans, cause they rollcanceled them to death… Roll cancling avoids attacks, while attacking… you can only normally do that while pulling off a lvl 2/3 super… but imagine having a lvl1 super with invisibilty frames, or being able to have a completly invincible normal fireball… you fireball, the other guy does a super fireball, and it passes right thru you… dont tell me that cant turn the tides of a battle… You keep saying that rollcancling means shit all, well, it matters just as much as tiers do… if you have 2 players of equal playing skill, with the same team, and thier only difference is that one of them can rollcancel while the other cant, the rollcanceler WILL win. stop saying RC is shit.

Tao, play more GGXX so I can get better by playing you. Even like one game a week or something. There’s not enough high-level comp at UBC so I can’t play all out like I used to when I was still learning.
If JZ’s gets GGXX(#R) I will be there every day.
To whoever said that priority in 3S is just as important as parrying… well yeah, obviously. It’s like that for every fighter, even MK1. Priority has always been a major factor, but the point was that EVERY character can parry most any attack and counter in 3s. So if you get good enough at parrying, priority doesn’t affect you as much since you can usually parry the attack. The closest thing GGXX has to that kind of universal technique is the Burst, but that’s only once per match most of the time, so it’s not nearly as important gameplay-wise.

Ah yes, I believe that is Virtua Cop 3. There’s a guy here who’s really good at that game. He doesn’t really start dying until the last little bit near the end.

If Storm + Sent were outlawed the game would be way more interesting. 99% of all teams that place in tourneys these days have Storm, Sent or both.
