now that was a tense 20 dolllar money match if ive ever seen one!
wow hella tense the match was very close until the end.
we got there dreamcast set up ready to go tao and alvin fighting each other, alvin undoubtedbly warming tao up haha he was using necro lol
so then we say alright lets get it on and tao gets up and me and mazdak sit down to begin warming maz up ahha and just for kicks maz chooses yun and i elena lol funny thing was we choose taos colors haha tao was like wtf! u chose my characters and colors for haha was amusing anyhow
the fight begins and the first match it was yun (tao) vs necro (maz), maz wins the first, second match was akuma vs necro this time tao wins its 1 - 1 and it continues on like this tao switching between characters elena, yun and akuma, eventually tao settles down and sticks with yun, damn it got tense mazdak kept landing short into magnetic storm off reaction!! and tao was landing some nice genei jin the win rate hits 6-4 for tao ohhh shit maz seems to be in trouble, tao learnt the runaway ko style yun, run away charge bar with sitting mp haha and each time necro (maz) got close to tao alvin would bark out commands haha run tao! and i kept barking some jibberish in persian.
anyhow this was the turning point maz stuck with necro and magnetic storm and tao with yun and genei jin, until the last match where he chose chun li, at this point it was 9-6 for maz, he came back from a deficit and won 5 matches straight to gain a huge lead
toa choose chun li and boi was that the most amazing finish ive ever seen! for sure once i set up my ftp i will post links for the match vids
and i wont spoil the finish here u can watch it for yourself!
allz you needs to know is that MAZ WON 10-6
ending the money match with a 6 game win streak…

Personal Note and observation: I observed when i first used Necro against TAO on Saturday, even though i didn’t know how to use him well, just his basics and some tricks, TAO was already having problems in the arcade version… I had a feeling and I knew from the very beginning that he will lose this money match specially on the DC version and not mentioning the JAP sticks… TAO was on the defensive side like 70% of the time (i may be out by a small percentage, but just an estimate) but he had some matches were he was on the offensive…
TAO: good games, i know you play better on the arcade and American sticks. One more thing, why did you use Chun-li in the last round?
MAZ: good games, now what are you going to do with that $20? :lol: Anyways, i think and what i’ve observed from your gameplay and skill level is the same thing in the DC version using the JAP sticks as well as in the arcade version with American sticks…

Tao should have used yun the whole time your biggest mistake was using akuma,elana ahha and especially chun right when you picked chun i knew i had you .
yun is good againts necro becuase he can run away charge up bar and preety much become invincible, attack and then repeat all your other chars get trapped againts necro, you cant dash in becuase of his pokes and you CANT jump in for obvios reasons with yun though you can still jump somewhat safely becuse of your dive kicks in order for me to to knock you out of the air with the fierce dp or even medium i have to do it before you jump. alvin is a smart bitch Tao you should have lisetend to him haha dont try to parry after the littel spin move and dont try to throw necro with yun ahah i dodged like 90 pecent of your throws!! regardless of the outcome after watching the matches i am dissapointed ahah i played like poop kept missing my combo in the corner,throw meduim punch magnetic storm, this was my first money match though i was nervous as ass.
now gumby ahah obviosly alvin has no honour but now i ask you, is it your oppinion that i play the same on d.c as i do at jz or is there a substantial diffrence

no one should feel sorry for anyone tao is one damn fast mofo, ive never seen someone react as fast as him to moves pulled out no exaggeration here, hes struck fear into the hearts of many players defeated many players placed at many tournies even won some he deserves props for putting up a fight with maz that was pretty crazy i didnt think he would get as many wins as he did maz is a beast on his stick again the stick debate could rage out of control
the bottom line is that if maz plays anyone at jz chances are he might get some wins just out of spite of knowing the game engine so well but the shit he did requires precise timing and using the big clunky slow american sticks doesnt provide him with that simply because he lacks experience on those sticks
i dare any of you to try what he did on tao in match situation
in corner do a throw then land mp while character is in the air then go into magnetic storm gluck that shit is strict timing and in a money match where u are nervous as hell give me a break if you dont know the stick like the palm of your hand you aint pulling shit like that off
frankly the level of mental skill is equivalent no matter what stick you use and i think thats what you guys are trying to say but the actual ability to PULL moves off in tense situations is not the same!! because of a lack of experience with the stick!
if any of you doubt do what tao did challenege him to a money match on the dc if you lose he will fight you on the arcade and if you lose again then hehe you guys are right! if he loses well then we know your theories are out the window!

You just need to get used to the buttons I guess,

ahah yap yap chris f you are right that combo is’nt to hard at all, dont listen to tariq ahah he dont know whats hes talking about. i only realy “discoverd” it ahah the morning of the money match ahah so i had like five minuts to practice it before i had to go out and the difculty of most of necros combos vary deponding on what char you are doing it on haha its easy as ass on some and near impossible on others haha actually no it is impossible on some chars.
