You can fix it yourself, do not expect someone else to fix it. Login to “My account” page in store.gameshark.com and click on “order status”. You can cancel the (incorrect) pending order online. Then place a new order with the correct item (the actual round 2 TE stick) in cart. Use common sense and don’t click on purchase when discount doesn’t show up.
Cancel your order now before they start working tomorrow.

I don’t like your tone though. The discount had nothing to do with common sense. Ussually if you enter a coupon code that doesn’t work it comes back as an error, but when you enter the coupon code on the mad catz site it still goes through but the discount doesn’t apply. I thought maybe because this was such a great deal they suspended the coupon or maybe it was sold out.
It would have been better if it came back as an error saying “This coupon code can’t be applied to this product” or something. And I don’t know what you mean as in do not expect someone to fix it, all stores have customer service. There is always a way to get a discount. I’m cheap I spend alot of money on videogames every year so I’m always looking for a discount.
For example if there isn’t a discount sometimes you can email a store saying i’m going to spend $500 dollars in games can you get give me free shipping or %10 and sometimes they will do it.

I didn’t get an email notifying it was shipped. It changed from In Progress to Shipped today but the tracking info showed that it actually went out last Friday. Just keep logging in to check on it to get your tracking info if you’re concerned about where it is.
Also, a question for Markman, when will the shipping refund take effect?
It should be going through now, also, free shipping is only for those of you that chose ground shipping.

I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone to get a status update on my order, but every department’s line goes to voicemail. The website lists hours of operation as 8-12, 1-4 PST. Are these the right hours, or are you guys having a fire drill? 
Mine has been in Progress since Tuesday. How long does it usually take to ship out?

After I posted, I got an email saying it has been shipped. Go figure. lol. As of today, it shows as in route for delivery to my house. Can’t wait.

has anyone even got there stick yet ? talk about bad service. this is the second time i order from them and its still slow as shit. wtf. 2nd day shipped ? its a been a whole damn week.
The website is buggy or something, i ordered on the 29th and it said in progress since last week. So i finally called them up yesterday and they gave me a tracking number and told me mine shipped last friday. Website still says in progress… Might wanna try calling them.
They take forever to respond to emails too.
