Many of you may not keep up with SF4 news, however months ago a youtuber named “error00001” created SF4 AE hacks where he could swap movesets, change frame data, add moves, etc (he could pretty much do anything he wanted). He created many combo videos with his hacked AE and could even play against people online if they had the same hacks.
I remembered watching the videos and instantly wondered if the same was possible with 3rd Strike? Would it be possible to take the PS2 version (or hopefully an arcade version) and hack it like error00001 did to essentially create a rebalanced or remixed version of 3rd strike?
Here are some of error’s videos with his hacks.

The 4th Strike Project goes back a few years now. I believe it was intended as a “rebalance” but the engine was modified and so was the characters movesets. Overall it looked pretty broken with some really wacky things added. Weird passion project if you ask me.
Real shame that the tools to make this never came out. There’s a lot of good things in 4th strike and a few retarded things. With community input it could’ve been epic.
Err…
I thought a rebalanced version would improve the low tiers with minor tweaks in the priority and combo ability. In that video, ALL characters can do many many juggle combos which can either stun completely or inflict 50%+ life damage. It’s called “4th Strike”? More like “First Attack!Only Attack…”
Somebody likes alpha 3 V-ISM a lot…
Overall, nice ideas. I will keep the “balanced” version (3rd Strike)…
