I know I did cr.HP too much but that was mostly out of bad habit and I wasn’t totally respecting the LK Tatsu tricks.
what are the steps to download this fightcade garbage. I need noobs to bully . ROFL
you go to their website, click the download link and it has you register first, then you get your ggpo rom folder and copy it in the fightcade directory. Once you’ve done all that click the fight cvade icon, login and play.
btw ignore cruise, he is literally always on but never plays

Had a really good set with this dude:
Solid Urien. I got caught trying to parry on wakeup too much and there was the occasional dropped input but it was good. I can honestly say this dude and Aku are the best Uriens I’ve ever played. Weird thing is that I’ve never been able to catch anyone with one particular Genki setup (J.HP, delayed st.MK into SA2) but I’ve caught tons of dudes with a whiffed jump in and SA2.
Alex’s j.mp is kind of useful for just that. you can whiff it over their head, land and do something stupid sometimes. just because they’re still thinking in ‘block’ mode for a moment.
Sort of a gimmick but i think that sort of stuff is useful for characters like Alex. Have to create some doubt in their head.
I think j.MP is too much of a tell. Anyone who knows the matchup will try to hit him out of the air or jump out expecting a Powerbomb but j.HP has a bigger hitbox and will beat certain AA’s.
Alex’s j.mp is still useful since you don’t have to activate it as early as j.fierce. Plus, it gives you the opportunity to scout the opponent.
Delayed moves only work on people who are more advanced and know what they’re doing.
The majority presses buttons every chance they get.
It’s like my basketball fake setups only work on people who don’t just mash. Otherwise, I’d just get hit in the middle of the setup. lol
