Mark my words, lads and ladettes, as Twelve is Twelveneto, soon Remy will be known as SpiRemy, charge partitioning makes Remy dooooooope!

P.S- That one kid was right about being able to far standing jab Q after a neutral corner grab, crazy shit.

Hey AdverseSolutions,

I have some questions I’ve been meaning to ask you, would it be okay if I sent you a PM? (Don’t worry they’re not directly 3S related.)

Silvergear, go right ahead. Anybody can PM me, that’s what it’s there for.

-Sk!

Let’s turn this fucking game into MvC2!

(Makoto is officially Juggernaut. Bitch.)

yeah i meant a lot of jumping roundhouses and air stampedes, anything with two boots!

but yeah, even one boot does good damage

arlieth, sigh… if only hugo had just a regular blue viper beam :lament:

Urien + Sentinel =

Urinal?

Beating up Gill in MVC2? That sounds kinda gay:p

Gill + Abyss = Gayiss:)

ummm sorry to bring up the sean thing again…but

“that if you mastered the things Sean has going for him, such as his basketball, fake-out rolls, dashing game etc, and play smart you can whoop a little ass with that dude.”

let me analyze this sentence right here…first of all the etc…there is no etc…that is all sean has…AND the fake rolls and dashing game…all i need to do is mash on c. jap or c. short all day and you will not be getting in and your dash and roll game is gone…the thing is people will sometimes loose to sean cause they are not used to his tricks…but his tricks get old fast…

even if you mastered him playing against someone that has master ken for instance…and is actually a good player…i dont know how good he will be…

anyway…

Hey dudes.

I would like to hear about how would Dudley, Yun and Alex fare against Remy? I’ve been playing in my local arcade and that dude’s Remy is pretty much ticking me off with his annoying turtle tactics. I looked at the list and it said that Dudley and Yun has no advantage against Remy, but Alex has an advantage over him. Why?

So basically, here are the matchups for you guys to talk about, I put my choice of super art in parenthesis, but you can talk about it for any super:
Dudley(SA3) vs Remy
Yun(SA3) vs Remy
Alex(SA3) vs Remy

wtf is C.Jap? Is that like the J.Chink attack or the buffered sj. Chollo? It’s Jab.

Terry, as much as I dislike Sean, I need to forcefeed you something.

When you say “there is no etc.” you set yourself up badly. Roll game is to dodge throws, and Sean has shoto-sweep too. Remember, he’s Ken on welfare checks, so he also gets C.Short-jab-short xx super and C.Strong >> SA III.

Enough on the Sean subject already.

Hmm. I think this is laying on Theory-Fighter a little excessively, as there are no (known) good Remy players in the US. I think all 3 of those characters would steamroll Remy, because of their intrinsic pressure playstyles.

Trick is, you need to be able to anti-air parry very reliably. Jumping in on Remy is tricky, however all 3 of these characters (Yun needs a Genei jin ready though, which fortunately is pretty much all the time) should be able to punish Remy disgustingly when they do get in on him. Remy has a tiny stun bar and takes damage like an anemic, so it’s literally a 2 or 3 combo destruction.

2.5 Dudley combos (not even counting the absurd juggles) will kill Remy. He’ll be stunned midway through the second one.

3-4 Normal, un combo’d strikes from Alex will stun Remy, and it should as few or fewer combos from him to kill.

Yun is one unending combo string anyway, so feh. No dice.

N

By all rights, Remy should lose to Dudley, if Dudley just knows his combos. Remy goes even with Yun but if Yun just turtles a little bit himself it forces remy to rush down which is not his strong point.

Thong- I would think Gee-O would be a respected Remy player.

-Sk!

Remy has a very good offensive game. Mixup c. strong xx cbk, c. short xx cbk, s. rh xx cbk and that right there is very strong offense if u are a good player and no how to create good offensive flow.

Dunno, never seen it. But then again, I don’t really pay attention to his games.

N - Not hating, just the truth

right he will own everyone with shoto sweep…and his level 3 super is only 1 bar and takes sometime to build up…also dont plan on using his ex moves much if you have saIII…roll to dodge throw??? riiight…i probably will recover faster from my wiff throw animation then he recovers from his roll and still be able to hit you…

remy vs dudley

i changed remy vs dudley to no advantage after watching a whole day’s worth of matches, gee-o played remy and was never eaten alive by the three or four dudleys who challenged: frankie, strikergod (two really good dudleys), and even pyrolee dabbled in the englishman (just for fun player)

you say dudley can just command dash under booms? well the second time this happens the boom will be buffered into a super (yeah i know you gotta do it way late so dudley has time to react and slide, but this is high level of play, right?), high boom to standing strong is really a biscuit to punish, even if dudley techs both hits in the air, remy can still recover in time to tech the falling attack

the advantage is neutral only because remy is so frail, err that and dudley’s standing fierces beat remy’s how hits

???

I havent played Gee-o with dudley in months. When are you talkin about?
