I put Kurodaās tier list in a google spreadsheet in order of overall score. Two graphs, same info - difference is just in how the cells are colored, so whichever is easier to read.

So Iāve been trying to up my Ryu game and main him, while keeping Q as my pocket. Any suggestions on super choices? I like SA3 a lot, but I hear SA1 is more viable.
Theyāre all viable.
It really depends on how you like to play the character and how you approach a match up.
Ryu, as one would expect, is really versatile.
I like SA2. Iām not that good at the game so take it all with a grain of salt.
SA1 if you want to pretend to be Ken,
SA2 if you like the razorās edge,
SA3 if you like setup type gameplay.

Went to freeplay at Newton today and literally like 3 other people showed up during the entire 5 hours. For the first 45 minutes I was playing the CPU (granted, Iām still adjusting to CPS3 so I didnāt mind the opportunity). Definitely got my moneyās worth though. Pretty much played the whole 5 hours. Hopefully I didnāt bore whoever I was playing too much. I wish I had like any conversation ability, so Iād know who I was even playing. Iām assuming they were just messing around, because I was able to win a decent number of matches early on, and then suddenly Iād lose 15 in a row.
Nobody was on any of the other games either, as far as I noticed. If I read their twitter right, ST and VF55FS were also freeplay? RIP arcades, guess I made it just in time.
Oh since Iām posting, QUESTION: Does Dudleyās mid-screen cr.MKx2 > dash > cr.mp > uppercut work on anyone other than Chun-Li? I donāt have a stick at home atm, so I canāt really try it out. Just learned about it, and itās not as hard as I thought.
There only so many characters that can be juggled with two cr. HKs. Some other notable ones might be Q, Elena and maybe Dudley but I donāt know if you can get the cr. str out in time with any of the other characters. If you can get the strong, Iām sure you can get the uppercut.
Tested this out, maybe my execution is off but the only other person I could get that combo to work on was Elena.
Youāre thinking of cr.hk , and yes, it works on everyone, but Chun-Li can get hit by cr.hk 8 times.

That combo does not work on everyone, and like Dander said, c.HK can only juggle 6 times, and only in the corner against certain characters.
I dunno why I typed cr.mk, obviously that doesnāt juggle. And yeah, of course I know about the corner juggle, although embarrassingly I canāt always remember who it works on in spite of playing Dudley for like a year and a half. Like, female characters yes, shotos no, twins no, Remy yes, Dudley yes, Q yes, and Iām never sure about the remainder. My guess for the moment is Oro and Necro yes, Alex, Urien, Twelve, Hugo no. No time to check!
The corner juggle works on Alex too.
