Do you have the option to set it to both TCP and UDP on the same port? If you cant then you need to set 2 ports one for TCP and the other for UDP using 27886.

Heya damdai, perhaps my problem with replays is similar to that of SF3LP’s? As I mentioned in PM though, the difference is that I have NEVER seen an option for saving replays. Could the problem be my system? I am running Supercade on a shitty little EeePC netbook with a resolution of 800x600 (running 32-bit XP). Any suggestions? I have literally never been presented with an option to save a replay, that I have seen at least. No windows appear behind other windows, just nothing weirdly.

this update emulates perfectly the SF4 “dead” syndrome: everybody searches for a game, while nobody hosts… and people think the game is dead

everyone should be listed in multiple game rooms with a challenge function to available players… this is the best way to roll! it worked great in old 2DF

Captain CPS-X has now got true V-Sync running in FBA, and it looks like they may be getting ready to release the next version soon!

Full Support for VSync in FB Alpha!

Yeah!!! After doing lot of research and testing different hard-coded modules to make DX Blitters wait for VSync I found out the proper way to make FBA wait for Vsync without compromising its trademark speed

Triple Buffering / Page Flipping doesn’t even need to be turned on in windowed mode, the video is displayed 100% smooth (unless of course your video card can’t handle Vsync :p)

Oh, and ALL blitters now can use Vsync

I will submit the updates as soon as possible to Barry so they can be added for the next FB Alpha release ^^

To be specific, VSync wait for all the vertical scanlines to finish the ‘painting’ from the last page buffer and then continue with the next page buffer and so on. Without VSync the pages are painted on screen but they don’t wait for the last vertical scanline to finish, so this results in what is better known as ‘Flickering’. Even when we are running at full 60fps and not doing Vsync quality will not be the same, but with Vsync 60fps are really 60 complete vertically synchronized frames per second.

Well your first mistake is using Windows 7 32bit. 64-bit is the way to go, thats what im running and im not having any issues.

Anyways, try uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it. Are you running the latest version of IE?

K ill do it but let me tell u i was using 64 bits and got to change to 32 bits because issues and apps compatibility, anyways im using IE 8 and everything has the lates updates. I was just playing fine until Monday night and now every time i try to get into Supercade it gives me that error no matter the browser i use IE or Firefox and that last time i played i was able to save the replay. Was kind of laggy compared to old 2DF but i asume this is like beta version of what Damdai is going to do, thanks for hard work.-

Yea you need the FF Clickonce addon if you are going to use Firefox.
