Nah he was done when he left SD, I know he had a decent year in NY but that was mostly smoke and mirrors.
I would be surprised if he didn’t, even in the theoretical that LT had his best season as a Jet he wouldn’t want that team to be his legacy.
LT in his prime was a force of nature that couldn’t be stopped. A thing of beauty to watch him play. And he was always one of the good guys that genuinely seemed happy with his life, career, and fandom. Thank you LT for the memories.
I had a one paragraph post on forgetting to put Matt Forte in the list of top running backs, then SRK ate up the post. I think he is in the mid 2nd-tier. Not a great runner, but can do pretty much everything.
LT was the best RB in the 00s decade. There were a lot of very good RBs from that decade… Ahman Green, Shaun Alexander, Priest Holmes, Jamal Lewis, Edgerrin James, Larry Johnson, Clinton Portis, and some others, and ones that are still currently playing, such as Frank Gore, and Steven Jackson, but either those guys weren’t as dominant, or they didn’t dominate for very long. LT dominated for nearly a decade, and he did it when the Chargers sucked with a young Drew Brees and an old Doug Flutie.
Who is Doug Martin? Why is he rated so high on fantasy draft boards? Why is he ranked higher than LaG Blount?
