I’ve never understood the “bring in a better coach to get you over the hump” ordeal. Reid has only had 2 losing seasons, and has made 5 NFC title games including a run to the Super Bowl. I’m not saying Reid is the best coach, but how many more coaches recently have had a better track record that don’t have a job now?
It’s not even so much that anymore. Both sides just need a breath of fresh air. Plus Reid’s contract is expiring. How much of an extension would you give him just to get the same results year after year? If nothing else, a risk of job security could motivate him and the team. The Giants won the Super Bowl the two years Coughlin was about to get run out of town.

Any SRK Fantasy Football leagues? I just spent some time on Facebook chat advising a buddy in Afghanistan on draft strategies for his league (he’s a first time FF player).
Now I want in on a league for the upcoming season. I am notable for performing well in leagues run by Morphiend.

Superbowl champions came from their division again…their conference again
14 years and only 1 superbowl apperance and in that appearance your QB gave up and cost you the win, the guy you as coach backed for an additional 4+ years and he got you nothing.
Andy Reid is pretty smart, has huge football knowledge but…somebody else needs a run with this team IF they can find a coach 1st ready to accept that role and who is on par or above Andy Reid’s calibur of coaching.
Looking back now and reading my own post…New York Giants organization is chock full of shit… SO Tom Coughlin brings you 2 NFL championships, both against the Patriots, both as the underdog, both when the team played like a bottom 4 team in the NFC and his contract extenstions have been laughable and borderline disrespectful!!
Apparently he will soon be paid near Bill B money and he deserves it, he’s only been coaching in NY 8 or 9 years yet has won 2 titles with a team that has no legit secondary and the offense is as predictable as any player on Madden Online Rank mode.

Though I could care less about Miami being the Hard Knocks team.
Mike Singletary was an all-time great player in his prime, but he is also one of the worst coaches in the last 10 years. San Fran always had the talent (at least on defense), but Singletary was just a bad coach. I don’t think the 49ers will have the same success as last year; it seemed that everything went right for them. Easy (relatively speaking) schedule, some players having career years defensively (the defense is elite, but I don’t see guys like Carlos Rogers having the same success). I think they’ll make the playoffs, but as a 9 or 10 win team. Seattle has a really good team, Arizona’s defense is very good, but they have issues at QB, and the Rams will be much better (if Bradford can play even mediocre), as they were one of the worst teams in terms of injuries suffered. The NFC West is still the bottom half in terms of the divisions, but it is much better than it was a couple years ago.

I gave up my spot due to no draft access. Fuck that this year. As a former srk ffl CHAMP I demand a spot this season. Also Arizona will win the NFC west.
If my keeper is Megatron and I can’t draft in the second round, what’s my ideal draft selection? Early or late in the first round?
