We still need one more setup for Super (I forgot that four of us are bringing PS3s/monitors, and riki is bringing a setup… so that just leaves one more) and possibly two copies of the game. Pads and sticks- I reccomend that you bring your own. We’ll try to have some available for people who cannot. If you borrow something, please do be respectful and don’t mash on the buttons super hard (the setup for BBCS at Sakuracon broke that way…).
Additional notes- The streaming setup is running off of component. Though, I think one of our TVs runs off of component, so everything should be go.
Tentative Streaming Schedule

-Each game will be streamed for 50ish minutes depending on setup time for the streaming equipment between games. I’d ideally like to stream each game for an hour, but we’re not ninjas who can instant transmission the setup (and we are too poor for one of those setups that can just switch automatically between games).
If anyone is paticularly handy with this sort of thing, a volunteer would be great. Up until now I’ve only been experienced with super ghetto streaming.

Rules (Updated):
General
-Double Elimination
-Two round matches
-Best of three matches
-Grand Finals are best of five, person from loser’s bracket must win two sets.
-Loser may change character/ultra/type moon/whatever applies.
-Finals will be on projector.
-Pausing during a match is an automatic loss.
*Auto-punt to loser’s bracket, and if you’re in losers, you’re punted out
*This also applies if you pause during someone else’s match
-Macros not already available in the game are banned
-Modding your controller in any way that gives you an unfair advantage is also banned.
-Stay in the area during the tournament (or at least have your phone handy, etc). Three calls total will be made when your match is on board. If you happen to be out of the area, we may let a match go ahead of yours, but we don’t have to and reserve the right to DQ you if you’re not present when called.
-If you borrow something, do not leave the room with it. Please be respectful with anything you borrow.
Blazblue CS
-Unlimited characters banned
-DLC characters allowed
-Beginner mode is ok (we don’t recommend it though)
-Training mode stage is soft banned.
Guilty Gear
-Gold/Black/and EX characters are banned
-No changing the game mechanics (meaning hypermode and classic)
-Justice and Kliff are banned
-Boss Ino’s stage for Guilty Gear is soft banned.
Melty Blood Actress Again
-Archtype Earth Banned for MBAA
2v2 Teams is a possibility if we have time.
*BBCS tournament will be PS3 only.
*Super will also be PS3 only.
*360 setups are perfectly okay for casuals if we have enough space/TVs
Most importantly- I’d like to get the ball rolling BY 7pm if possible. So there’s a good chance that sign ups will be held before then. Please try to show up like 10 mins or so early so we can get everyone ready to go. If you’re bringing a setup, 15 mins early would be great.
And I’d like to be out of there by or close to midnight so we don’t have salty people chasing us out with pitchforks.
