Better yet, put them to good use. If we have a war going on in such-and-such country, why not dump our criminals off on the enemy?
What, that’s wrong? Inhumane? Cruel?
FUCK 'EM!!! FUCK 'EM ALL!!!
Sometimes, Poison should be destroyed by the same poison. We’d save a ton of cash on prisons if the prisoners were kicked out of a plane over some hateful-ass country we happen to be at war with. let THEM deal with our prison population for a while. I would love to see the look on some terrorists’ faces when they get to see just what we and other countries have to put up with in our own borders. If they think we’re such bad people, let them meet our bad people…PERMENANTLY.
having your way with a known murderer really is a lot better than shooting and killing innocent civilians.
you can still disagree with the death penalty or some form of public justice, even call it barbaric. but to equate those actions and say neither is better than the other is an insult to the victims of this crime.
this argument always comes up when someone mentions the death penalty or vigilante justice but it’s a retarded argument. going out and killing innocent civilians is not the same at all as killing a known murderer.
Rationalize bloodthirst all you want, but murder is murder. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that a lot of convicted killers felt they had a very good reason for what they did at the time.
Doubtful. depending on where they are dropped, they may not ever see another person outside of themselves. Stick 'em in a desert, put them in enemy territory with nothing else but the hair on their asses, That kind of thing. Or, if you’re REALLY worried, stick them out on an island…A prison island. I heard about a place where they did that before. The people actually turned out pretty good from what I hear…
Until there is an answer to that question(probably never will be), everyone is entitled to their opinion…
Personally, I believe that justice carried out by a systematically is just, but personal revenge is not because it is motivated by other factors…
/not really(Devil’s Advocate)
I can understand how people could advocate the death penalty, but as long as sentences are given through humans through a human created system, I have trouble advocating… personal justice is never correct to me, and a judge or jury can hand out a death penalty on a whim… the justice system is still public justice…
A mechanical justice system would be dope, too bad law interpretation is too flexible and can only be ‘interpreted’ by people…
you dont get to speak for the victims you liberal hippy tree hugging freak. they’re the ones who lost their loved ones to a lunatic, they should have every right to beat the murderer into a pulp. the guy is not going to reintegrate into society. not with a kill count of 12. forget rehabilitation. the guy is beyond help. if allowing the victims a few minutes to defecate on, castrate, flay, whip, burn, and torture this guy brings them even the slightest bit of happiness, i’m all for it. i hate scumbags like this, and i always hate how they suicide afterward to escape justice. this guy is not human, he does not deserve any human rights.
dropping him off to fight in afghanistan is not justice enough. either the terrorists shoot him on sight or behead him, which is not enough suffering for what he’s done, or he joins the terrorists because he’s a sick fuck.
With all this talk, Im happy that men greater than us sometimes get to make up the laws we abide by.
Im sure it fucking sucks to lose somebody, but as a society/culture we must be better than them (individual/group), otherwise we are just as dirty and low as the person who committed the crime. Of course there are exceptions, but this isn’t one of them.
but it really sin’t subjective though. Until we know why he did it we can’t jump the gun and just have everybody beat the shit out of him like the Jews did Jesus
And even if we did know why, it doesn’t warrant a flailing. Putting him in a room full of cyanide will do the job if its done a week after sentencing, not this 40 year crap that we have going.
he got noticed now its time for him to get more then what he bargained for
you can cry humanity and morality but dont act like you dont have the itch
pieces of shit like arent even worth fertilizer and to keep it 100 it would soothe me in a small moment to see him suffer immensely you act like they cant move on after they satisfy their thoughts of personal justice
those poor people didnt need someone infriging on on a happy thrusday night
he and others like him deserve to have every manmade disease put into them, have their limbs removed and be launched to mars with a remote detonator that activates when they land
Wow, these kind of tragedies always leave you just shaking your head. This kind of loss of life is always so senseless and stupid, and it just makes you wonder, why? Why … couldn’t he of done this at a Tyler Perry movie instead?
I mean, if you really feel the need to go into a theatre and shoot at a bunch of movie patrons, at least shoot at ones that legitimately deserve to die. : /
