Few month ago a guy raped and killed a child here in germany. He got arrested and the police kept him in the police station that night.
Some other dude posted his position on facebook and a huge mob of angry people assembled in front of the police station. They wanted the police to hand him out so they can do to him what they thought was justice. Of course the police didnt do it…
…turns out next day, he wasnt the raper and killer…he shit his pants while being arrested…
The facebook poster got arrested and punished by law…that’s justice!!!

That’s why i included the word “proven”. Such as this Colorado guy. If that rapist was 100% proven of crime then he deserved the beat down. I will show you a glimps of my mind as a law giver: If the accused guy got his ass kicked due to convincing evidence that was later proven false like – both parties were drunk as hell or the girl blackmailed or went hentai and ended up enjoying it, then he should have his justice. The family members who struck him have to pay large amount of cash and he is given his time to slug em.

Families of murdered victims should be given the chance to inflict justice if is their will… Every murderer should feel the same pain they gave their victims and their families. It’s either they give him a painful death penalty or they allow public punishment before lethal injection. If the family members don’t want to get their hands dirty, then the government should give this man an execution that measures the pain he gave.

I read that the lady in the apartment below him went up to his room to yell at him when his loud techno music was playing (to lure cops there for KABOOM), but decided at the last moment that something felt weird. She called the cops, and they informed her they were too busy dealing with a shooting to deal with a noise complaint.

Oh no. I don’t condole death penalty for cheating husbands/wives. I think, the penalty for that should maybe be a lawsuit but then again, people could always twist and take advantage of that.
