Hmm…I find that the reason the OTG super doesn’t come out normally is not because I am not starting it early enough, but because I did not cancel the super exactly when Zero punches the ground. The cancel is very specific.

In the tier list speculation thread some people are putting zero at top tier because of his semi-infinite. Does anyone know what semi-infinite they’re talking about?
My guess is his ability to reset someone back to the ground during an air combo with his fully charged buster xx 214A. Not a semi infinite, but with the right BBQ you could in theory take somebody up, shoot him down, extend your ground combo with BBQ, hit him back up, back down, and back up again (can’t BBQ a 2nd time to get a full charge).
You can also loop with Vism and proper button pressing. :3
As in loop the combo that BardicKnowledge mentioned?

The 623A part is a mystery to me because that’s his uppercut. How am I suppose to make his regular A hit after that?
What are good combos to do with megaman trigger as his partner?
You guys talked about comboing into zero’s v-ism? But what is the exact combo you do it in? I’m having trouble figuring it out.
EDIT:] Okay I’ve figured out how to do all of that stuff besides the megaman combos but one thing that really gets me is this combo right here.

After corner BnB to lvl 3 buster, yr able to delay a j.B as yr descending to continue into relaunch. . .how many times are you able to do this? And does alternating between his command dash on descent and j.B on descent effect how many reps he is able to do of this loop?
And can you end a corner with 236b into Rekkoha DHC glitch?

Anyway, Grimal that’s exactly what Samurai was talking about and he only did it 3x due to hitstun scaling. In essence, the same loop won’t work past a certain point due to your hits giving less hitstun. Eventually the opponent isn’t stunned long enough for your combo to continue at a delayed pace (which is required for a lvl3 buster charge)

After the dj.BB, you hit the with lvl 3 Buster Shot which puts them in knockdown state. As soon as the Buster Shot animation ends you need to 214a, and then you land and immediately do 5b. If you are having problems with the 5b, then you can just use 5a, 5b instead.

What’s the timing on the BBs in the air? Is it any visual que I should be looking for? I press 214A as fast as I can so i don’t think that’s the problem. It’s just that I can’t get the BB timing down.

Here’s my advice. Usually when you super jump you press the button almost instantly and to go up. But this time you have to delay the super jump a little and then not press u/f but up and hit the lowest part of their legs. instead of doing j. BB, dj. BB
I just do j. B, dj. BB Release A (lvl3) 214A
Hope this helps at least 1 person having trouble doing this combo.

Yeah those combos aren’t impractical at all, I’m already doing most of them in real matches.

So do you guys think Zero has mixup potential with his QCB crossup moves and his overhead C? I mean, combos are amazing and all but once you’re at a pro level and great combos aren’t shit, it all comes down to mindgames and mixup potential. I dunno though, I’m a little mixed …does he look like he’s top tier potential?
I mean when I see Zero, all I do is hold down back…release down if they jump and keep a keen eye for potential command cross ups (although it’s underused). Theoretically speaking, what could you do to confuse the shit out of say…Justin Wong lol.
Overwhelm I suppose? Use of as many mechanics you can impose on yr opponent for immense unpredictability. . .or something like that. lol
