He’s logged on several times since his last post here. It’s clear that he’s avoiding us. He also never returned my call. I can’t file any dispute because it’s the parts I sent him that are expensive, not so much the money.
This is ridiculous. I’m not going to believe that after an entire week, Zal wouldn’t have checked his e-mail, PayPal, his phone even, or SRK. All I want is a refund on my transaction. That’s all. I can’t just brush off the fact that I’m being denied of 100 big ones that are rightfully mine.
Come on man… Its been months… if you have stuff going on in life that’s fine. but do the right thing… Give these people a refund.
Yeah, I’m gonna go ahead and go the refund route as well. Could use the cash more than I could use another stick atm anyways. Hopefully that’ll happen sometime soon. =/
Sighs sucks that this happened, but I can talk out of experience, Zal refund everyone and put deadlines on when you can pay. From the looks of your stick costs, it seems like it would be doable. Trust me, even if it takes a month to do it, post here and mention that your doing it, and start small, each person you refund is a burden, you will be better mentally and physically. The moment I found myself in a position, that it was hurting me personally more, I refunded everyone as fast as I could. Its a hard decision, but trust me, before this spirals. After your done, sell whatever you have surplus, make some money back, and then think if you really want to continue doing this or not, and restructure yourself.

I talked to him maybe 4-5 days ago told him you guys were pissed and have every rite to be he said “this weekened” everything will be taken care of I was hoping he’d post up something so I would’nt have to(highly disappointing). So I really hope he contacts everybody by Sunday so you guys can get you refunds and such.

It may interest you in knowing that you’re the only person that has actually gotten any kind of a response from him in the last month or so, and that’s only because you actually live near him.
Not really, I’m not illiterate so I do know that Zal has not been keeping any kind of contact.
Which he still isn’t and doesn’t seem to be making any kind of attempt to do so. This is starting to become just a little more than irksome after he said he’d have this whole thing “sorted out by the weekend.”
