Hey, I’ve been trying like crazy to get the sim dvd to work but it just keeps coming up with errors. I’ve already tryied it with Winzip 11 and did the par2 thing, also the first and second file seem to be the same.

I found the player-specific videos pretty nice. I would love if you do the same for Justin Wong videos. I know there are probably a lot of them, but there is no better MvC2 than this. Plus, it would be nice to see the best of MvC2

and not to be rude, but how about the old shadyk videos? Those were always fun and at the time innovated. /me misses DragonKhan also

Edit: now that i think about it…there are too many videos of players like justin, sanford,etc. Maybe it’s best to have folders of less recongized players rather than the constent top 5.
Well, Wong is the MvC2 library, so is kinda hard to choose. IMO, in order of importance:
1 - All recent top tier stuff (2005-2006) - Everybody will be able to learn Marvel directly from te best source in the world.
2 - Highlights - Cable comeback, losing to Soo in 2003 and the 3-0 revenge in 2004, among other stuff. All Grand Finals could come here, especially some really hard to find like the Valle matches. Any Wong vs Sanford gotta be in there as well. And it would be nice to have at least one match each from 2000, 20001, 2002 and 2003 - the evolution of Marvel.
3 - Low tier - Not many people notice it, but Wong is easily the king of low tier as well. It would be fun to see how to play some characters or even stir some interest for the game.
4 - I almost forgot. That MM Skimitar vs Wong in 2004 should be posted with the title “How to beat Cable using Sentinel in 10 matches”.
By me you would end up putting everything JWong up, but any of the things above would be nice, and it becomes so much easier to show other people too. “Here, look, that’s the best Marvel around”

On David Lee:
Back during the day of So Cali’s prime, you knew how good everyone else was, with Genghis, Clock, Shady, Soo, Viscant, Duc, Combofiend, Sin, Jose Garcia, etc. Well, David Lee at one point was arguably the best out of all of them. At the tips n tricks tourney, he was the only Storm player who could go head to head with Justin’s storm. He also beat Row in a team row mirror match that tournament. He doesn’t play much anymore. I ran into him at James Games shortly before evo. He was still very good though.

ShadyK and Rattana are probably the two biggest reasons I’m playing. Rat and Ian spent an afternoon teaching me the Marvel basics in 2003, and ShadyK was my first opponent at Evo, and made me feel like I could actually be OK at this game. He was wrong, but it’s still a fun game. :tup:

Why not a Justin-Sanford section? Those are IMO the best marvel matches (breakpoint, ecc, etc)
