nah you can make him float, i’ve done it randomly but never on purpose and the times when i did it there wasn’t anything i did that was like “ahh that’s how you do it” it just kinda happened…so lame.
all you have to do is: do the “extended float” (that’s what i call it), which is just doing your magic series hella slow durring float, then do your magic series hella slow, then cancel it into hyper grab and he’ll go up. =] the key thing is just doing the “extended” float and then doing HG at the end, if you time it a special way, you’ll go hella high.
this shit is kinda old and was mostly knowned as “morrigan air dash” but with magneto. i’m shocked no one remembered it. full props to shadyk 'cause i think he was the first one to really find out how to do it.

korngo explained it sorta… You have to air dash down or downforward nearly at the apex of his jump. You have to airdash so that you hit them with the last bits of momentum coming down As for when to do the hypergrav - you do it after all the moves and you do it when you feel like your floating up is going to stop. Obviously if the guy pushblocks it’s going to send you even higher and backwards.
As for joo’s combo umm I think it’s self explanitory right?

New footage that’s coming up - MWC7 (1.8GB) from Skimitar, 1 big EC casual file (500MB, 52m) from Blue_J, and a new noncombo combo vid from Ill E. The footage has been waiting on me trying to fix two other big EC files… I’ve fixed some of the issues, but just can’t get the file seekable, and so can’t prune it out and make it very usable. So… I’m’a giving up on 'em. :sad:
Note that the particular vigor of my feelings was in part due to CV apologists. And not even apologists, but people who actively assaulted and insulted anybody who complained about CV’s pop-ups. I’ll certainly update it, but it does bear pointing out that most of the ads I clicked on on CV.com were to companies offering Free Adware/Spyware!, which kind of sucks. I readily admit my fallibility, and welcome criticism because it helps me make myself and the things I’m involved with better. It has been sad to me to see an apparent inability to accept or acknowledge criticism of CV. It’s cool to get along or disagree… hell, it’s healthy. It’s just a web site - don’t take it personally.

ummmm, no… it’s easy as a mother fucker. there is no special time when to start attacking, nothing like that. just do the whole magic series really, really slow, and he’ll float up ALREADY. doing the HG will just send him up more and off screen. all it is to make him go completely off screen, is just float dowon, lp-lk-mp-mk (REALLY SLOW) then a wait a little bit, he’ll start floating up on his own, then press hp, and right when he floats up and higher then them press hk(it should whiff)and cancel it into HG and you’ll float all the way off screen. that’s all it is.
he wanted to correct you so it makes him look like the mastermind who created it.
Just one question? How do you guys record combo vids. Do you just plug your camcorder into the TV?
Easiest way would probably be connecting your console to the comp via capture card and rec.
