You pretty much will lose the genei jin and alot of life unless they screw up a combo into super which is lucky :b or if they have no super a beefy combo like mp > fp > lp shoryu or anything that ends with a shoryu. So in other words you’re not safe you’re definitely gonna eat something.

against dudley you would mainly just play it safe and build super as much as you can…if you jump in at him…try jumping in with lp,f-hp and if want to keep a distance…when dudley jumps in at you do a early st mp it should knock him out of the air…and your opponent parries that then go for the grab when he lands

yun vs dud is pretty much a poke and stay away game, don’t just run away cause that just means he chases you down. however poke at max range to make hims stay away while you build meter. also practice option select jump away so if you get hit on the way up you can get a parry. besides that its just gj rinse repeat. btw this is just breaking down the match to its most basic you don’t really run away the whooooooole time but i don’t want to you take everything literal but thats the basics of the match up. everything else you make up as you get experience.

I like that cr. mp genei jin reset at 00:26. Why use his air chain vs. dive kicks?

What are good pokes to use? How is his option select jump away done?

1.harder to parry, alot of people fuck up the second hit, or they block high first hit, and block low second hit vs divekicks being easy to parry and lead to death

1.st.mk at a far enough range, cr.mk is pretty safe. and option select jump away is done as forward,quickly into down, up back, if you do it right you’ll parry if he does something, and if not you get a free jump back fierce to get you away and build meter

well for starters its safer than the dive kick cuz dive kicks are easy to be seen and easy to be parried=beefy damage from dudley…so as i said play it safe by jumping in with his chain so that way even if you do connect it or not once you land you can either combo or keep him pressured…notice how K.O utilizes his st mp and cr mp to keep dudley away…after that just do what True Tech said…GJ rinse (meaning once you finish one GJ just build up quickly for another one-which should be easy since the air chain gives some good meter build) just play it safe and you should be fine…use his jump away hp if you have to…dive kick in front of him and jump back hp…then build super and continue…should be an easy win if you have control of the match this way
