Would the best way to do it plink it? example: for the mp hit (lp&mp) then (lp*mp) then dragon kicks on hit? i’m pretty sure this would work. thanks for the help…
I’m trying to recreate this, are you waiting a split second before doing the lk Up kick after the throw? I’m doing this setup and the j.mk is whiffing. Here’s a video of me doing it.
I’m showcasing that a the j.mk will whiff, if guile does flash kick, it’ll obviously be blocked, if i do a super, Yun get hits (wtf?!)
So here’s the video of the lab testing i’ve been doing. I’ve nailed it down to c.lk, s.lk both whiff and j.mk will be 5 frame safe jump. If any pro’s in here can point out some other mistakes, i’ll gladly take it.

The negative edge is still present just nothing comes out. This is why you cannot press jab on two consecutive frames because the second frame will be a negative edge and nothing will come out. Every move normal button press always take a minimum of two frames.

To give you an idea of how easy the 450 mark is to hit
Cr.mk -> jab shoulder -> GJ
HKx5 lunge punch HKx5 lunge punch HKx5 = ~450 damage.

A corner combo doing 500 plus from GJ is nothing that I or anyone else didn’t know. That’s why asked earlier if it was corner specific. You just now stated that. Out of all the bs you talked the only thing I got was plinking palm during GJ after activation. Thnx for contributing

I’m not a Yun main, but I like learning for potential subbing and/or reverse match-up knowledge. That only GJ combo I know that’s efficient is after a stun in the corner doing HP palm GJ, cl.mk xx hk upkicks, cl.mk xx hk upkicks… cl.mk JC dive kick mix-up ender.

I’m over this…I already said you plink or double tap if you want. My friends and everyone that I’ve had a conversation with about this topic prefer plinking…I don’t know and don’t care about it anymore, I stopped using SRK for SF related things when I saw how dumb people were on the akuma boards, I come back and check Yun boards, and I get the same shit…sigh.
