lets talk about the world championship banlist. with the banning of cards like test tiger, chariot, grepher and the synchro/tuner cards, we probably wont be seeing anybody running gb/dad since those decks are going to be pretty slow without them. by the looks of it, monarchs and lightsworns are going to be pretty dominant at this event.

yes. for the world championship, they ban any card that is not available in every region that plays TCG.

my opinion on the new list:
for some reason gb didnt get the nerf that it really needed (maybe cause gb is shitty in jp, cause of rescue cat synchro), and dad/jd at 2 does nothing to those decks. this list is obviously made so that they could sell the promos that are coming to jp(test tiger, allure, etc), and now we’ll have to wait for them to fix it with some emergency bans. at least dropping disk slowed down dad a bit, but this still isnt satisfactory.
Thats for OCG though.
