Not to mention the confusion and drama that’s been caused in the past with multiconsole tourneys, as well as the simplest fact that most venues in Ontario are running on purely xbox, so from a practical standpoint it just makes sense to run on the box.
Ultimately, it’s a lot easer for individual players to get adapters/xbox sticks than it is for the venues to get a whole bunch of ps3’s organized. This is how Ontario events have been run for 2 years now, there’s no excuse for not being prepared for that at this point in the game.

Disgruntled: This tournament will be in 360. Your best bet is to get a converter since all of the tournaments in Toronto will be in 360. Best prepare yourself for future events.
