Do you have any easy confirm frame traps that you use at higher level?
Easiest ones I currently use are cr.lp cr.lp f.mk ~ ch trap
Jump in HP ~ f.mk ~ ch trap
cr.lp ~ wait st.HK ducking hit confirm into another st.HK
Other normals I trap into st.HK are cr.mp & f.mp
They are all pretty basic I’m wondering if you have any other shenanigans
I wanted to add that st.mk looks useful at +6 on block, but it comes out slow

My favorite blockstrings are after safe jumps with c.HP and f.HK.
Trade OSs into Ultra from f.HK and c.HP make em auto favorites.

How exactly do the trade option selects work? What is the principle behind it and the exact execution?
I only understand the chain option selects cr.lp, cr.lp+cr.hk against sweeps and the jumpin option selects against reversals and backdashes which are based on missing hitstunanimation

close mk + close lk->mk target combo
Both -1 on block… great frame trap for a subsequent HK
which you can then preemptively cancel into either lk or ex ducking which if on counter hit give a pretty good window for follow-up combos.
they’re both +4, so on their own they give a 1 frame link into HK
