For a theme belonging to a new character, this one has a nice “old school” vibe to it. I can actually hear it working in an old 16-bit or 32/64-bit era game.
Blue Water Blue Sky. Specifically this rendition, tho the others are great to. Tune gets me hype.

A lot of people crap on SFxT’s soundtrack (rightfully so, 95% of it is total garbage) but they did right by Akuma’s theme.
Alright…maybe one of the worst fighting games ever. However as far as soundtrack perhaps no other game can compare to Castlevania Judgement. Every track is a masterpiece. Here are just a few, but u can easily find the rest.

The first 2 are great, the second two makes me just want to listen to the SOTN soundtrack. Last two I didnt like at all. I like how Maria looks in SOTN more, legal.
Well yeah they used Rondo of Blood Maria, where she is very young. (12?). In SOTN I think she is 17, so still not ‘legal’.

This is one of the best New Generation themes imo.
Without the It Takes Two sample thatd be a nice theme.
Anakaris had some pretty damn good themes across the Darkstalkers series.

The Hunter one is a bit more rock 'n roll-y than the others, but that could be said of the entire Hunter OST.
EDIT: After listening to 1 and 3 at the same time, I think Anakaris’ Darkstalkers 4 theme should be a remix of his Night Warriors and Savior themes.
