Ammy with XF1 always gets a kill as you can see in the vid. With TACs its a kill obviously. Without XF or TAC its all about how much meter you have and how much you are willing to expend. If you start with 1 bar, 850k, -1 meter gain (okami shuffle then vishanti after of the bolts extension); if you start with 2 bars, 1000k (Divine Instruments). Starting with 3 bars, kills 1100k characters (Okami shuffle then Divine Instruments). You can also use ammy TAC glitch to bring Strange with a hard tag and get about 1200k damage starting with 0 meter. Out of an Ammy air grab, starting with two bars you can use the DHC glitch to bring Strange in (Vale of mist > Raggador) and get about 1000k damage or more ir you have a good assist.
lool real small steps using strange viper and dante all in one match vs wolverine and magneto is a new level of stressful ive ever experienced playing marvel, I will take solace in once i master these 3 i shall be a beast!
Whats the best thing you recommend a new strange player like me to learn? i kept doing alot of dumb stuff like daggars midscreen and getting slashed by vergil

omg that dante/strange fof tech is godlike moar plez
someone showed it possible, but you need to have red orb positioned quite precisely for that, quite impractical.
I come to believe that the main goal with Strange in the natural game is to find a way to set up an EoA. I believe it is important for new Stranger-s to get some pattern of zoning after the first EoA is out as it quite ensure some blocking on the opponent side.
Nemo does a cute pattern of (EoA -> IP (send it away) -> yellow orb -> backdash)x2 and then goes for some kind of FoF with teleport mixup. Having some patterns is important as improvising with Strange can be quite deadly if one doesn’t have full understanding of his tools, as almost any button is all in. Of course after a while of playing Strange, you can go crazy and improvise whatever on the spot.
I really need to make myself a list of patterns to follow, hesitating with Strange after EoA is out ruin all the momentum gained by it.
Of course, patterns with assist can be way better.
I was thinking rather than tagging strange in, we tag strange out. I saw your video where u did dantes million dollars> 7 rings> fof. so if strange could setuup dante to tag in then super we’d get more damage and meter
My pattern tends to be EoA > Yellow Grace > IP EoA > M Daggers > see what the opponent does, if they’re right on top of me I’ll try and get some distance, but if otherwise I’ll try and set up another Yellow Grace in the air or something. It’s just getting the first Eye out that’s the issue, I suppose…generally I think I try and pushblock, send out a Mystic Sword M to push them back and THEN lay out the Eye. I don’t like doing it if they’re either in the air or on the approach, EoA at point-blank range is just asking to be bopped in the face.
So I’m finally getting the FoF loops down after hard tag. But what confuses me is how Nemo and others stay the right distance with the simplified version. I always get too close without doing an Impact x Flame on the ground. I think my vertical distance is still off as well. If you guys have suggestions I’d appreciate it.
PS I just watched the Nemo Special again and Nemo is moving away as he does the FoF loops… I’ve tried holding up back but Strange still moves forward first…
I think he jumps back instead of neutral. I’m a lazy mofo so to make it easier for me, I neutral jump and just use the Palm xx Flame part on the ground to negate the forward motion of the launcher.
