Idk about that, Bison’s ultra chip isn’t too bad. I’ve gotten chip deathed by it a couple times by a few Bison users at CF.
I was just in a player match about 10 minutes ago, the guy was hovering over random select, and because I’m not a dick I picked random. Then he goes to Ryu, he deceived me. Anyway, I got Balrog, and I double perfected him, his plan backfired. 
perfected a 5000bp+ player the first round…
but ended up losing the match
My worst SF4 moment is the first time I played at our local arcade. I thought that I was nice because I could beat a dude or two on Live, but I ended up getting taken apart by a Blanka player who was (unlike me) for real. It happened in front of a ton of players on the busiest night of the week. Shit still gives me nightmares. Ha.
My best SF4 moment is arriving at the biggest annual tourney in our city as a spectator, and getting roped into playing because a friend was short a teammate for the 3-on-3’s. I was really nervous because most of the dudes there were legit and I’m still learning to play the game, but I ended up OCV’ing a team. My friend who was watching said that guys were talking like, “who is this dude?!” Nerdy as fuck, but I don’t think I’ll ever forget that moment! It felt great to know that the practice was paying off, and it gave me the drive to play even harder.
best moment - at evo, i was playing one of my matches. i was cornered and down on health at match point for the other guy. i pulled a last second desperation ultra out of nowhere and landed it and won the round. got some “oooooooo’s” from the 15 or so people watching. all this while on ZERO sleep and hungover from the night before. it was pretty awesome.
worst moment- seconds later, its now match point for both of us and the guy running our bracket starts SCREAMING my name looking for me. he keeps screaming that i’m going to be dq’d if i don’t show up. all this while i’m playing my match :lol: . it was SUPER distracting. i was telling my friend while i’m playing to go tell the guy i’m already playing and to stop screaming for me. god. ended up losing. oh well. it was good times.

Cammy’s Ultra has some decent chip damage as well, especially if the last part hits (it whiffs on certain characters).
Best moment is getting Viper third hard trial down.
Worst moment is losing on a 20+ win streak, especially when it’s because of a random Ultra.

Actually being able to play Street Fighter IV.
Yeah, I always kill some guys with her ultra. I often use it when they have almost no health.
Best: deciding to main Gen. Just thinking about the faces that day.
Worst: losing the next 250 matches in a row while trying to adjust and getting the “lolol are you sure about this?”.
Fun: I’ve got regular fun moments with a whiffed Oga: Falling Kick, following into Mantis ultra. 10% of all my opponents kept defending, most of them just went for the final jab.
Best/Fun: It was the final round of a G3 Finalmatch and Guile my (Akuma) opponent. He had about half of his health and managed to make me dizzy with only a little bit health left. He came over and wanted to finish it with f.HP. Meanwhile i was mashing buttons and dpad to get rid of dizziness. Right at the moment he turns around in his animation, accidently demon comes out, catches him and victory was mine. 
**Worst:**Wanted to join a finalmatch and at the next moment i’m back in main menu with the message, that the match did not finish properly and my progress is lost.
Best moments: When I made a Seth ragequit on my Honda. Also, perfecting a Sagat 1st round and getting perfected next round 
played with sagat against a friends dhalsim, close match…
3rd round im almost dead random ultra he teleports behind me, auto-correction -> win for me
Wow, that happened to me, but in reverse. Couple days ago I did that to somebody. They perfected my sagat, then I came back and perfected them. I think it was a Rufus player.
