Emulator: Zsnes + Zbattle
Matches: 3/5 for robin round, 4/7 for semi’s and finals.
Time: After the current SSF2 tournament
Tournament runners: Young Ic3, His immaginary friend, And two more spots.

we will go by the top 8 record and they will face off in the finals.
if there’s a tie… here’s how the tie breaker goes… they will duke it out in a match 2/3 to see who will get that spot.
