Aight so Im new to tekken and havent a clue what everything means but Im figuring things out by just reading into context. But there are two acronyms I cant figure out. I posted the links to where I saw the acronyms.
Yes, KIN is 1+2. Sorry for the extremely late response.
I find myself using u+3+4 alot, especially when I have + frames. Mid, hits grounded, safe on block, crushes lows AND mids, leads to 70+ dmg, looks freakin awesome.
That and 4~3. I think it’s safe too; can’t remember if I’ve been punished on block or not, but I do know I frequent this move.
I’m assuming cd stands for crouch dash. You’ll also see it as cc (crouch cancel), which is used continue a combo when the previous move left you in FC (full crouch position), the way to do it is f,f or u.
If that ISN’T what CD stands for, then someone please post the correct definition.
Qwerty, get a PS3. I see you posting in the BB threads and now T6, and I’m just itching to use my disruptor.
Ahhh, thanks, very helpful.
Lol, yeah, I was thinking about picking up a PS3 this Christmas. I got banned from XBL, so my 360 is loosing value quickly, plus with the recent price drop it’s looking more and more appealing
Flea (FLE) d+1+2
Dragonfly (DGF) u+1+2
Kincho (KIN) 1+2 <— called “intimidation stance” in SC
Indian Sit (IND/INS) d+3+4 <— called “meditation” in SC
Meditation (MED) 3+4
You can hit 1+2 imediately after you input b+2,1 to go into KIN, you don’t have to wait until the b+2,1 hits or anything. It might help if you think of b+2,1,1+2 as it’s own string, separate from the f+2. Then as soon as you see the KIN, hit f+2.
If that doesn’t work, then the opponent may simply be out of range. Some juggles will have to end in b+2,1, because KIN f+2 won’t reach.
