York University/Seneca @ York SF Players

That Connery quote cuts real deep .

Seneca @ york?

DTP Medal of Honor squad

There has to be a ton of players in York. I would be surprised if there wasn’t 20+.
If you need any help Tat don’t be afraid to ask.

York kid here. I’d be down for playing any SF game. I suck pretty hardcore though since I’m fairly new to the whole fighting game scene, so yeah, expect some scrub from me. I haven’t even been playing for a year, and I really just play SF4, so I need to get some SF2 experience.

Once Ngu puts make the posters I’ll get on this. Right now I’m trying to find the random players around the ST snes in the student centre and figure out where we can actually play/bring gear.

Tat I need more information.

To get more info Tat is going to have to commit to something. Like booking a room in your school for a meetup on a given day. Otherwise the poster is just gonna read
"anyone interested in a streetfighter club?".

The tutorial rooms in Founders College are almost entirely free after 4 pm, and there’s a TV in each room. You don’t need to book shit, just bring your set ups and start playing. That’s one option I suppose.

Edit: I can supply a SNES with a SNES arcade stick . If anyone has Hyper Fighting or New Challengers, definitely bring that. I have World Warrior, Primal Rage, Fighter’s History and Shaq mother fucking Fu.

Ill look into this tomorrow. Then inform you about the poster Ngu.

quoted for ShaqFu. that shit is real

I think the best way to play is on a laptop running final burn with ROMs.

(Since both PS3 and XBOX TE’s can plug into PC USB ports and work fine no problems)

I have Killer Instinct 1 and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighter to add to the mix, along with a pad for SNES. Bring the heat.

GODLIKE!

The SNES station is officially the cool station. We just need a few bottles of Belvedere vokda, a strobe light or two, and we’re set.

and lube.

You sir are a Greek God.

Ouch .

So just as an update on friday I couldn’t ask around about the founders rooms as far as a venue but I will look into this tomorrow. The thing is I’m not to sure who to go too but ill give student services/counsel a visit tomorrow.

Like I said, you don’t have to talk to anyone about the rooms in Founders. You just show up, set up and play. I used to do it every Wednesday night last year like it was free, no one said anything.

If thats the case then lets do it lol. I propose tuesday, wednesday and friday at 7 as thats when I finish work unless someone else is willing to start things earlier than that. Who would be willing to provide a console I have a ps3 and stick I could bring I guess.

I drop down at YorkU Quite often. I’d like in on this… … and you don’t exactly have to advertise it as a club… Just something like, Come down and play every week at xxx or something.
