we all have been, by the world…
That’s because all he really did was rewrite the Art of War and pass it off as his own material by referencing Chess and Street Fighter repeatedly.
Also really wish I could have been at the arcades all you guys went to, I remember more than anything some Ryu player standing in one corner throwing Hadokens while some random repeatedly walked or jumped into them, and occasionally tried to match the fireballs, which usually resulted in a couple whiffed standing/crouching punches and the rare hadoken… before throwing their hands up in frustration and storming off in outrage over some totally undefined “cheap tactic”
good
I was with this girl last night that I didn’t know and…
I think I caught Yomi from her.
Yomi layer 5 is called parry
Why is it that the are exactly the same number of Yomi layers as there are Saiyan levels?
Does that mean that DBZ is top tier in learning Yomi?
ah, i got out yomi’d yesterday… I know I have this move that beats another characters best wake-up move, so I kept knocking him down and setting it up, but the dude kept not doing it… it wasn’t until after the fight that I realized, “guess he knows I can beat that”
either that or he didn’t have meter… maybe he just didn’t have meter for it… I should pay more attention to these things during my matches.
hey guys i just noticed there isn’t any real concrete examples of yomi in action. I know it’s obvious to long time players but a text description alone might not be enough for new players so i made a clip of a match i had while playing balrog today which shows how yomi works in high level play. I hope you all enjoy and learn!
