The female handler was nice looking, at least Pre-extinguisher sweep. Ouch.
Yeah, from the way the guy described it, she was either a hooker or some random chick that rejected him, so he paid a stupid amount of money to have her become a doll, so that he can do whatever to her when he wanted. It is fucked that dude looks like he will have no comeuppance in his future cause seriously if anyone deserves it on this show, besides her former handler, it is this Nolan guy.
I agree with Amy Acker’s character, Echo was doing some absolute dumb hippie shit trying to free the dolls as they currently were. Dollhouse morality aside, those majority of those people wouldn’t survive on their own in their blank mind states.
I sat down yesterday and gave this show a chance since I was home. Well first I noticed Amy Acker lovely self in the show. And I agree I think Eliza does look a bit smaller but she still has that bad ass edge about her though. Anywho the show was meh nothing to be to excited about.
Pretty good episode. There’s still another spy somewhere in the Dollhouse, but who? I don’t think it’s DeWitt anymore. By showing Millie as a doll, it really does seem like somebody’s trying to break open the Dollhouse. Why would DeWitt intentionally reveal the sleeper?
I really like the show and I’ve been watching it since it started. I would wax the asses in this order. November, Sierra then Echo. I think the show is starting to move a little to fast. It kind of seems like they are showing us endgame stuff right now.
I don’t think this show is going to last longer than 2-3 years if that. It’s like they can’t decide on weather or not they should move the plot forward or rinse wash repeat what they’ve been doing. It’s like, for 2 episodes, we’ll have a doll adventure. Then we are going to make some of echo’s memories from those adventures stick and then we’ll move the main plot forward. Well these last 3 episodes, the main plot has been moving froward like a motherfucker. That’s why I’ve been getting that the show is gonna end soon feeling. They can’t drag it out because shit is happening to fast. At least they got the mole. I like the way they through some “Lie To Me” elements in there. That’s another great show and I suggest you all check it out.
Well, with the way things are going at Fox, they may cancel the damn show! I heard something about they are reluctant to air the final episode in this season for some reason, don’t what the hell thats all about…
Yeah, Fox are turning out to be nothing but fucking scrubs, I feel sorry Whedon, although Buffy and Angel had good runs, it seems he gets stiffed by the damn studios on way or the other…
How in the fuck do you cancel a show that’s getting extremely high ratings? I thought the point of cancel shows was to cancel bullshit that somehow made in on air. WTF? You know, it would be nice if another network picked this show up. But I bet fox has that shit on lock like a motherfucker. Just like Futurama. Fox got rid of it, comedy central said they’d take it. Then when fox saw how well the DVD’s were selling (much like family guy) they gave comedy central the shit end of the stick. Basically they told CC, you can make more episodes if you want, but your going to pay us for each one you put out. How fucked up is that? You don’t want the show, but you don’t want anyone else to have it either. I know that’s smart business, but if you thought something was a failure in the first place, why hold on to it?
Last episode was pretty good but the week before was an absolute killer. It is cool to see the Dollhouse used in interesting way though. Never considered plain old immortality.
