So has anyone found a reliable way to land a crossup j.mk with Yang? I was watching Hadocon III this weekend and ROM was maining Yang. I would say he’s the best Yang in California, if not the US, and he was consistently landing his j.mk setups. I think I saw him get it on Ricky Ortiz’s Rufus a few times, and in a few other matchups with characters that I can’t think of off the top of my head.
Hold u/f after cl.hp xx mk rollkicks (can land this for punishes, after fadc slashes or after command grab). It crosses up if they quick rise on 80% of the cast.
I’m sure there are others, just haven’t been to the lab with Yang.
