the 8000 point task this month is, play 5 ranked matches on BOTH saturday and sunday and you’ll get the points. so friday and saturday for us in the USA basically.

Only time I’ve EVER done that was in KOFXIII where I EX Buster Wolf’d against a Joe stupid enough to EX Hurricane Upper from near full screen.
As for low damage, that’s relative.
For me, most people that say “Oh, Terry! I can’t wait for Are You Okay Buster Wolf lol randum xd” somewhat piss me of for being very shallow Terry fans.
Terry for me is instant overhead j.D in 98, super ambiguous j.C cross ups, Power Charge into Power Dunk for safe-jump/ambiguous cross up set ups, long ranged j.CD for pressure, a shitty f.A in 98 that I still use and make it look good during the neutral game, sweep xx df.C and check people that try to hop or jump over Terry’s sweep, reversal crack shoot that catches people off guard but if they meaty me correctly Terry says “CRACK” like some druggy. Terry is cr.B, cr.A xx df.C, he’s about annoyingly safe burn knuckles unless you play MOTW, he’s more importantly about Power Geyser than Buster Wolf or High Angle, he’s about a great Far B, he’s one of the few mid/high tier characters that can stack up well against Krauser in 98um, and he’s about a great frametrap/pressure game from up close.
All I can think about people and their damn buster wolf is that they were CVS2 scrubs that threw that shit out just because it was safe on block. Sure it looks and sounds cool, but that’s all it seems people really remember him for. It’s like remember some stand up comedian for some one-line catch phrase. The only times he had Buster Wolf in KOF other than XIII is in two games, and in those games he was using the MOTW outfit, not his classic one. Buster Wolf isn’t even quintessential Terry.
So whenever I see a person say that Terry “must” have Buster Wolf and “Are you okay?”, I pretty much label them as a turbo dipshit and call it a day.
Notice how I didn’t say shit about Are You Okay? Not to mention I’ve never played CvS2.
But fine, I’m a KOF fraud who doesn’t deserve to play Terry, happy?
