What’s the best way to earn money? The red difficulties are getting really hard to do because of the likes of Super Brazel. Does it really matter or can you just keep running the blue difficulties over and over?
Just bought Ruriy for 30 days just to try her out instead of paying the full 7900. I actually really like her because she doesn’t wear pants she seems to have a good amount of tools to play with. It seems that her lows aren’t too great at the moment, and I didn’t seem to link the cr.lk into anything yet but I only spent 10 minutes in the training mode and an arcade run with her.
Saturday, Sunday to play the game. 5 tasks to complete any. Each day send 3000 yuan money. Two days a total of more than 6000；
last month was one of the best times to grab points, but hopefully we still have the weekend task [do any 5 other tasks, get 3000 points]
be aware that chinese saturday/sunday is pretty much american friday/saturday
i feel like ruriy is … the fastest character in the game, but she has awkward chains from cr B (i been doing cr B cr A xx fA, but if you can do cr B sB fA consistently that is a better option for range)

Does anyone have a vague writeup of the skill trees? I don’t want to mess it up especially since I don’t think there is a respec option (I can’t read anything, I just click stuff). For Ruriy I went as when the tree splits but Shanwoo I didn’t put any points in because there are 2 trees and I don’t know which one I should progress down.
While seemingly very complicated, the new Talent system is pretty self-explanatory.
Every fighter has a “character” level that fills as you use it in fight.

You also get extra “X Points”, that you can spend by clicking at the “+” button, to increase even a little more your character’s level.

Then I hit the “Accept button” and the increase is done.
Also, you can spend more X points to buy “Source tickets”:

Click at the button next to the “Yuan” button, and you can buy the tickets. These double the experience you earn for 1 day, 1 week or 1 month, depending on the price.
The skill tree contains a grid of icons, that represent your character’s special moves and properties. Every level, you get 1 Ability Point to expend at the skill tree. Different icons have different levels. When you fill all levels, it will highlight in gold and you will get an advantage:

The “basic” Ability has the exact same icon that you see for that move in the shortcuts section, and it usually 4 levels. In the case of “basic” special moves, you’ll get an increase of 3 or 5% on damage.

Increase damage for a command move by 5%… Imagine how little this will be!
It’s important to note you have to think carefully what Abilty you’re going to give points to. After you finish, you must click the “Accept” button, and the change will be irreversible.

I made my choice, after I clicked the Accept button, there’s no turning back.
Filling 2 or 3 levels will give you access to another icon that’s connected to the one you filled with an arrow. They could lead to other special moves, or special properties for the same ability.
The icons are self-explanatory, for example one with a dizzy person (means they increase the opponent stun meter), there’s one where they’re breaking a shield (that means increase guard crush damage). If you pass the cursor over it it will show some Chinese text and a percentage; you can guess, for example, filling an ability to gold will increase by 5% the Guard damage, so…

I plan to use my projectiles to put pressure on a blocking opponent by menacing with crushing its guard.
The grade of “improvement” of an ability is not that unfair in my opinion.
I think you don’t necessary have to reach level 30 to unlock the Hidden move, I saw on a screenshot a Sheva unlocked the Esoteric before that level, by filling in a certain way the skill tree:

Level 20. If you’re clever “connecting the dots”, you can get your hidden Super far earlier…
I don’t know what’s the “right” way to fill it for every character, however, and translations are still needed to know perfectly how this system works.
I advice you to hold your points until a complete translation is out, so you can make your best choices.
