No, right now you can’t even obtain an account unless your IP is Chinese.

Haven’t really been following this game since my post 2 years ago. As an aside I will say I am currently a little addicted to the scrolling beat 'em up based on this, it’s called TianTianXuanDou (天天炫斗 - Everyday Fighting?). I’m playing it on Android but it’s available for iOS too. Free to play so will try to take your money, probably can’t connect without a Chinese IP address and you need a QQ or WeChat account to play. Still early days, there are only two characters (claw guy and gun girl) with sword dude being added soon.
Still haven’t played the ACTUAL game, was hoping to see it in arcades.
