Np rice eater. I have been wanting to do this for a while and I recently meet a friend of a friend that approached me at one of my Wednesday night casuals and asked if I would help him do a tourney for SF. Hell’s yeah, about time Charlotte brings it back.
So far this looks like a large turn out. I hope we have enough room. Next month we will be in a larger place that can hold a lot of people. Np though, we’ll make it work.

Well I’ll answer the food thing any ways, lol, Pizza.
As far as space goes, we are only running SF4 because of space issues. Next month we will be in a new venue with lots of room. We don’t have a problem with you bringing your own setup. Next month we will need people to help pitch in with systems and games cause we will have the full line up going.
Thanks for the support guys. It’s awesome that Charlotte will have a regular scene now. We have the largest population in NC so there are a lot of people out there that play fighting games but don’t know where to go and now they have a home.
As far as the setups go, we will have extra brackets so if anyone wants to setup a small side tourney or casuals is cool with us. BB or Tekken or whatever.
The brackets will be done on paper this time but for next time we have some other good ideas. We should have flat screens (I have to check the lag on them) to play on and I want to set up the brackets so that they are shown on a screen for everyone to see so you know when and who you fight.
I was looking into opening an arcade some odd years ago (I had the vendor and place but the funds ran short and the scene was dead) so I have a bunch of good ideas for setup.

hector lives in lexington pat so we’d both be about 30 minutes from you, if you can make it as far as lexington you can def catch a ride from one of us… trykt is going to come from near raleigh and I’ll probably ride with him, we might can all 4 just ride together and split gas?

The monitor would be nice. We have LCD’s but I don’t know if they lag or not. It would be nice to have it for the finals.
