None of the skells are “Shit” but you do need to upgrade the armor on it asap, full upgrading the armor parts for your tier will give you the best return for your investment at any skell level.
Also remember Skell frame levels are 20, 30.and 50 which is when new ones become available.
The weapons are more of a preferences but you definitely want to set them up soon as well for your play style.

Finally crafted a level 60 skell (formula zero) the leap in power is insane, took on the level 62 cincada tyrant in Cauldros with it and barely even got scratched.
Also G2 buster is truth, was looking at it next to G buster wondering why it had half the attack, turns out it’s an aoe that hits twice.

Do you have to have an account? I have a photbucket account but I haven’t accessed it from my Wii U yet. Since I do 99% of my SRK activity with my phone I just usually go to miiverse to get the url for the image.

Tbh @“Phantom Angel” if you got 1 insurance left give it to an NPC now, they never use insurance when they get reckt but if you have no insurance when they do you’ll have a hefty repair bill to foot.

I already blew my last insurance a little while ago because of a Lv28 Affinity Mission that sent me to an area filled with Lv55+ enemies. Managed to sneak by and get the mission done, but an asshole saw me right before I left and blasted me to bits. Now the Skell is in the hands of Irina while I get her leveled up.
Kiss it goodbye now then, Irina trashed my first skell in like 5 seconds of my first battle with her in it.
Shame about cockpit mugshots just being on license, that ship has long sailed for me.
I may be better off locking it away and buying her a new one then lol. The credits to buy the Lv30 Skells are surprisingly easy to come by.
Get better at mashing y before dying scrub.
You can always bail on the skell and save the repair.
Also repairs ain’t shit until you get lvl 50 skells.

Oh yeah,as you start using skells more, make sure you join the top “division” since the top division reward is a salvage ticket and worth a free repair on a wrecked skell it’s potentially with millions.
I figured that was why the divisions were so unbalanced. I think the devs need to fix this somehow.
Don’t forget to explore the oceans once you get a skell. You can get items out there.
