not just yet. but, the same company(XCM) is making one that should release soon. probably better to go 360-ps3 if you can help it.

Me too. I’m excited to read his review. I plan to purchase a PS3 some time this year and it’d be great if I could use my existing 360 stick instead of buying a whole new stick just for the PS3

Yea, I too saw a noticeable lag in the vids. I really hope that’s just a coincidence though, as I could certainly benefit from one of these converters when and if I get a PS3.

Just to let everyone know I bought the adapter xbox 360 - ps3 adapter ($50). And to be honest I’m not impressed. I have a stick from arcade in a box (360) then i plug into the cross adapter into the ps3. Everything works like it should but I notice a lag. I don’t even use a usb ext. cable either. The big issue i have is doing the super in HD remix. I can never do it consistently. And that’s my bread and butter when i play. But when I go back to 360 my super’s come out on point. I plan to even sell it because its unplayable. But I notice that some tourneys are using ps3’s. This is mine experience so it may differ with other player with different sticks. Theirs something that’s not as fluid on the ps3. I even tried this stick on GGPO with the xbox driver, and its smooth as butter playing ST. I do have both consoles and I like XBL has better competition and more players. If we have tourneys lets make a standard. I don’t care who wins. But I’ll have my $0.02 for the X360.

im waiting on markmans review. could work with a different controller like the te or se. also, it was not “tested” yet. markman has the program and sticks to really test. although, he should have received it by now. does not say much about xcms confidence. im sure markman introduced himself and let them know why he wanted the adapter. maybe theyre stalling for a reason. a while back,a few in this thread were going to chip in and buy one to send to him sp there is definitely a lot of interest.
He actually just said to the extent that he runs a Tekken site and wanted to review it. I don’t think he said anything about wanting to test it for lag, etc.
that would probably be the first thing he tests after the controller powers on. im no expert but its really the only thing that matters after you know the stick responds to being plugged in. also, there are many modders here(not me) so, if it works flawlessly(no lag) with the official m’soft controller or a mad catz,they might take out the board and replace it so it will work with the adapter. either way,the info will be put to good use.
I’m guessing if they were willing to send Markman a converter and a Dominator joystick, they must have done their research, or simply just checked the tech area section of SDTekken to see how intensive and rigorous the testing is. They should expect him to test for lag.
